I thought I would do a little intro about my self for those that don't know me personally.
I started Samurai boerboels back in 2020 after I got my first boerboel nahla.
I am a small kennel located in Hobart Tasmania.
I have been brought up around dogs my whole life with my grand parents who bred and showed German Shepard and dashounds, my love for a mastiff breed come when I was 9 years old when I seen my first neo at the elwick show grounds in hobart one weekend and that's were it started, from that day I always said I would own one which mastiff breed i wasn't sure of yet but new i wanted one. It took me a long time to make that decision as some would know but once I new it was a boerboel that I wanted nothing was going to stop me from there on 🙂.
I wanted to do my nan and pop proud the endless advice and guidance they have given me over the years is nothing short of amazing, pop did say once why didn't you get a breed I know about(true dog judge words lol) my reply was you know I like a challenge lol.
Once I got nahla I thought a career change was in mind so I started with Jim's dog grooming in October 2020 and found that wasn't for me and I wanted something bigger that I could use and help me when it comes to dogs and pups.
I started my pet career in march 2022 and can happily say I love my job and career choice my growth and knowledge is forever growing.
I am trained in puppy school which is a great start when it comes to all new puppies and hoping in the near future to complete dog behaviour also, I did start my grooming certificate up again back in march 2022 and now am completing my vet nurse certificate aswel🙂.

From little things big things grow,
We got adira appraised today at the age of 2 years old and have some big plans for her first mating this year that we all can't wait for.
Adira is a very well built girl with a strong bone structure and an amazing structured blocky head,
Being on 2023 🙂

Bath day for amari,
Yes I bath mine regularly from birth to get them use to water this makes hot days more easier to cool them when they love water 🙂,
My crew were cooled down with baths and spray bottles which they all love today ❤️

Amari had his 6 week check up and needles today,
He's got a clean bill of health and weighs 6.3 kilos so a healthy weight for him as he was just under a kilo at birth 🙂
