Want to see where the magic happens? At the HDC AGM you will have the opportunity to join our amazing committee! Because the Festival is just a huge event, our committee is divided up into smaller teams to keep everything managable!

The Member services team help arrange our training days, education, merchandise, HOTY, and membership. If you have a great idea for how we could better support our members, this is the team for you!

📣ATTENTION ALL HDC MEMBERS!!!📣

We have had a change to the AGM and Awards night this friday!

Due to multiple factors, we will no longer be able to announce the winners of the Horse of the Year competition on Friday the 31st of October as planned. Because of this, we will instead be running our AGM online on Friday night at 7:30PM. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for the join link.

🏆We are still in the planning stages, but we are hoping to instead award the HOTY prizes at a special, in person event in February. Please keep your eyes peeled for more announcements regarding that! 🏆

We're looking forward to seeing all of you at our October Training day on Sunday! If you have entered, please check your emails for information on the day. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IN AT BASE CAMP WHEN YOU ARRIVE! We will be sitting on the silver benches beside the amenities at Day Stay above arena one. We get charged per horse so it's super important than you let us know when you've arrived and get your wristband!

NOTE: Mandavilla will NOT be opening on Sunday so please BYO food and drinks.

Be there to support ENSW, Save Clarendon and dressage as a sport in the Hawkesbury and surrounds!!

!!!We Need Your Support!!! ***UPDATE***

Following the Hawkesbury City Council EGM in July, Council granted 60 days for HDAA and ENSW to negotiate and to come to an agreement for the future use of the grounds.

ENSW lodged a formal management proposal at the request of HDAA. ENSW was invited to make a 15min presentation to the HDAA committee, but no discussion or negotiation took place. HDAA has rejected the submission and has not given any reason for the rejection.

This has resulted in a second motion from supporting councillors to be put to the chamber meeting on Tuesday 9th September at 6.30pm.

The motion requests that both parties come to the table and negotiate a resolution with the support of mediation facilitated by Council. We hope and trust this motion will serve to secure the future of the Clarendon grounds for both parties.

Let’s show how much this means to all of us. Stand up for what you believe in. We appreciate each and every one of you.
