Join us at 6:30 on October 31st for our 2025 Awards night and AGM! We will be awarding the Horse of the Year Trophies and celebrating the year that was. Members will get a $15 voucher for dinner, so get your glad rags ready and join us for a great night looking back at the cracking 2025 we've had!

➡Join us at the Clarendon Tavern at 6:30 on the 31st of October for our annual awards night and AGM! We will celebrate the year that was, swear in the 2026 committee and award the HOTY prizes! We will email the HOTY winners soon, so please keep an eye out for that.
Even better, we will be offering a $15 dinner voucher to all HDC members, so please come on down and celebrate with us!

Be there to support ENSW, Save Clarendon and dressage as a sport in the Hawkesbury and surrounds!!

!!!We Need Your Support!!! ***UPDATE***

Following the Hawkesbury City Council EGM in July, Council granted 60 days for HDAA and ENSW to negotiate and to come to an agreement for the future use of the grounds.

ENSW lodged a formal management proposal at the request of HDAA. ENSW was invited to make a 15min presentation to the HDAA committee, but no discussion or negotiation took place. HDAA has rejected the submission and has not given any reason for the rejection.

This has resulted in a second motion from supporting councillors to be put to the chamber meeting on Tuesday 9th September at 6.30pm.

The motion requests that both parties come to the table and negotiate a resolution with the support of mediation facilitated by Council. We hope and trust this motion will serve to secure the future of the Clarendon grounds for both parties.

Let’s show how much this means to all of us. Stand up for what you believe in. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Be there 6.30pm Tuesday 9th September Hawkesbury City Council Chambers. Let’s rally!

‼THE AGM AND AWARDS NIGHT WILL NOW BE 31st OCTOBER 2025‼

Sorry everyone! We have had to change the date of our 2025 AGM. Due to some scheduling conflicts, we have had to change the date of the AGM and awards night to the 31st of October! We will still be having dinner at the Clarendon Tavern and offering a $15 meal voucher to HDC members!
