During Maddie’s training, we’ve really tried to exposed her to as much as possible. Living on a farm I have the opportunity to introduce her to a whole range of things like the tractor, my brothers riding their motorbikes, the Polaris side-by-side flying past and the selection of obstacles we have here at Natural Equine Solutions. However today, Maddie got the chance to further her experience with cattle! Taking everything in her stride, she didn’t put a foot wrong.

This little mare Maddie just keeps on amazing me!
Here we are, calmly sitting on a loose rein in an open paddock while her paddock mate Evie charges around like a mad thing! 😂😂
Maddie just “stays with me” so nicely. It’s all about getting their thoughts and feet in the same spot 👍🏼

After 3 fantastic sessions riding Maddie around the round yard bareback…I thought we would try something different!

Thanks to Troy at Natural Equine Solutions, Maddie has had a strong start and has become a very willing pony, giving everything in her stride a go. 😊

I was lucky enough to get my amazing Equine Bodyworker Pam Martin to tend to my battered little pony, Evie today. She is out for 8 week with torn muscles. Can’t wait to be back riding again!!
