There is something special about a young horses journey - the innocence, the possibility, the learning.

Cricket came into our team 12 months ago as a paddocked 4 year old, with plenty of cheek but the most beautiful heart.

Through his time, he has

🏅Attended The 2024 EA Nationals

Our system is ‘Developing the horse from the inside out’ and although simple, I truly believe the results shine.

Moxibustion 😌

Rest assured whenever I bring out the moxa stick, intrigue peaks around me!

The energy that flows through our bodies (known as Qi or Chi in traditional Chinese medicine) can become disrupted and create imbalance that leads to illness. Acupuncture can be used to balance Qi, as can moxibustion.

Moxa sticks are made up of dried mugwort which are lit and used on areas of the body to relieve a variety of conditions. Moxibution travels through meridians which carry Qi throughout our bodies.

We use moxibustion to regulate Qi, blood, dispel cold, warm yang, purify the blood, stimulate white blood cells and prevent diseases to maintain overall well-being.

It is commonly used for cases where cold pathogens are the cause of the Qi/ Yang deficiency. For example…
