Position available at Currey’s Flower Farm.

Do you live in Ipswich or surrounding areas and enjoy working outside?

Do you work well in small teams and can handle working in the heat?

Duties include : harvesting crops , plant maintenance duties, pruning crops and other general farm duties.

All training provided , this position is for someone looking for long term employment, not a backpacking visa.

Full time hrs, must be available for a rotating weekend roster. And Have own transport to Karalee.

Just a really quick update- we finally feel like we’re back on our feet after the unfortunate electrical fire. However due to lack of climate control our crops have pretty much gone dormant.

So give us some time to now wake them up and hopefully our crop will be back mid to end of September roughly.

Jeremmy and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone for being patient with us whilst we handled this and for always supporting us 💛. We’re looking forward to start growing some beautiful flowers for you all to enjoy again.

So we are currently pretty much a flower farm with no flowers, all our crops have stopped flowering at the moment, so please be patient with us whilst we finish installing the new systems after the electrical fire. Hopefully once that’s installed and all our heaters and climate controls are back in business our flowers will return.

Back in May we had an electrical fire here on the farm, destroying our computer system that controlled our greenhouses. Shout out to the team at for looking after us and hooking us up with a new system.

It’s been a tough couple of months manually watering everything and no climate control in the greenhouses. Growing with no climate control has had its challenges, but with this new system we will be back in business soon. Thank you everyone for your continued support and understanding.
