New policy for existing and new customers.
Over the last few weeks I have had to deal with the following mistreatment of dogs and there health.
From now on if I have any of the following there will be additional cost included on top of the clip price.
I am not a vet and shouldn't have to encounter neglect and then try and fix it.

If dogs are presented with the following issues (unless under vet care) I will be changing a extra $20-$50 added to clip price

# matted fur to the extreme (light matting is fine)
# infected/ bloody ears and bottoms
# any open wounds/ abscess / not under vet care

Hi guys just amending prices for blow-dried now that we are into winter mode.

Usual price $45 + 3 fuel

New prices as of 27th April are below

Short haired dogs $45 + 3 fuel
(Staffies, doxies, JR etc)

Medium haired dogs $50 + 3 fuel
( Maltese, sh*tzu, etc)

Long haired dogs $55 + 3 fuel
(Clifford 😂, border collies, etc)

Remember fuel price is per address not per dog.

HOT DAYS

To all my customers, if it's going to be a 40+ day I may cancel appointments after lunch or a whole day.

Even though the van is air conditioned it still very hot setting up etc.

For example yesterday was 39 deg and van aircon was on 18 deg. Inside van got up to 33 deg.

It's not good for the dogs or myself.

I don't like letting people down but when it's hot it's hot.

Hello to all my customers, as you all know fuel prices have gone thru the roof so I will be adding a fuel levy.

From April 1st 2022 there will be a $3 fuel levy per address or household on top of my list price.

So If you have 1,2,3 or more dogs you pay 1 fuel levy per address or household not per dog.

Hope this makes sense.
Below is my current price list (not southern Cross customers)

Hydrobath + towel dry $30
Small dogs under 3kg POA

Hydrobath + blowdry $45

Hygiene trim + Hydrobath $50

Deshed + Hydrobath $65

Full clip and Hydrobath starting from $65
Matted or very big jobs maybe priced higher POA

Red light therapy added to a wash $10 for 10/15 mins depends on dog size

Red light therapy alone $25 for 10/15 mins depends on dog size.
