This fella is in That's Life Magazine on the 21st of December.
It's a bit of a funny one.. It's written as if I wrote the story but I didn't!
They interview you then write it up. So please excuse anything that's a bit out of whack.
Again I've asked for credit to the many people involved..but we'll see!

IRRESPONSIBLE JOURNALISM.
I wonder if from a very obvious dog lover's point of view people will actually listen or they'll just call me Karen too??

Anyone would save their dog if a massive male roo had it a dam. But not anyone with knowledge of Roos would be in that situation because they would not allow their dogs off lead to chase them!
This roo wasn't having a leisurely swim, nor did it see a dog and think " Yummo breakfast! I'll just pick this doggo up and drag him in the water " as Mick would have us believe and every moronic interviewer has fallen for.
This male was chased by three off lead Akitas with no collar or leash in a public reserve.
Roos go to water as a last resort to protect themselves. 2 of the dogs stopped on the bank and the one dog chased it in where the roo has had no choice but to protect itself.
Then along comes Mr Macho "I'm a Fn Aussie Hero watch me tell this roo I'm going to punch it's fn head in" ( and get flattened)
This roo is terrified off his head. 4 predators of the worst kind against him.
Did Mick punch him ..I don't think so, just adding to the macho.. that is entirely beside the point anyway.

This roo needs to be checked for injuries from the dog's and most of all myopathy which can KILL THEM!
BUT NOT A SINGLE RESPONSIBLE JOURNALIST HAS COME FORWARD TO TELL THAT STORY.
So every infuriated Kangaroo expert is just an idiot keyboard warrier who doesn't know what they're talking about according to the redneck army! I'm not a roo expert but I know these basics and have many expert friends.
This man is so stupid he told Australia live on radio that his dog " normally chases the roos" this is highly illegal.
What's more he has now posted that he has raised joey's. I will place bets that those joey's mothers were chased by his dogs and they were lost.. at best..the alternative is unthinkable.
But where is his wildlife foster license? Which can carry penalties of 6 months jail or $39000.
He just keeps giving us this stuff!! He's also a disgraceful racist but that is beside the point.
The guy is an idiot.
We have obtained footage of his dogs chasing roos and it won't be sold to the newspapers. It will be used to set the record straight and ensure that the cruelty by this man and his dogs stops.

From being rescued to rescuing!
We just went to Coles and he loves a drive.
Half way there he started barking in the car ..right in my ear so he got in trouble giving me a fright.
But he barked again.. I looked around to see why and there was a dog attacking an Alpaca!
I chased the bu**er off and alerted owners.
We are sending lots of hope and love that Alpaca is only shaken. ❤️

Meeting Tina Lynn has been a very long time coming.
But still such a happy meeting.
Mary-Anne introduced me to Tina and her beautiful tracking dog Linc. It was Tina's enthusiasm and knowledge that gave me hope that we might catch Baloo in what seemed an impossible task. She armed me with her experience and wildlife cameras and was right there behind me all the way through, advising and keeping my spirits up!
It's hard to not be happy around this beautiful human being! Her gorgeous joyful nature is infectious.
There was no cautious bark or hesitation from Baloo so he clearly sensed her kindness too! Straight up there on the couch for smooches.

General Friday night excitement in the house

I am amazed at how welcoming Bear has been to Baloo.
Bear has been the boss of the house ( and me) for almost 18 years. He has attempted to murder many " intruders " over this time. He is very very serious about who is permitted and who is not....mostly NOT! Age hasn't made him anymore tolerant, he is fierce!!! ( just ask poor Doc Cat and Tam trying to take blood from him 😜)
But he has never hissed at Baloo, he has tried in a cat way to make friends ( cat way meaning not really that much effort)
Baloo is quite uninterested. I think he tolerates the cats cos he knows he'll be out quick smart if ever he tries anything ( he learned that lesson once after Darcy went him and he went back )
But Bear is a charmer when he chooses to be and just may win him over.
This is just beautiful

This little love is missing from our local area in Kilmore.
We suspect he may be along Lancefield rd, in the cemetery or Kings Lane.
Eventually he will pop out for food so we need all sightings reported please!
If seen please don't chase whistle, clap or call out. Stay where you are and see if you might coax with some food while sitting down low.. and while you're doing that take photos and let Lisa Macheras or me know.

Mum went away for 5 day😭 Beth looked after me very well and spoiled me alot but boy was I excited when mum turned up tonight!
She smells funny ( like hospital) and she is very slow moving telling me to be gentle but I just want to be as close as I can get !!
