So you might have noticed a bit of trepidation in my last post, but after caring for the old labrador little Princess Caboudle for 17 days I feel like I have lost my babies after they went home today. Princess turns out to be the absolute best cuddler in the world..goodness, it is so nice having her on top of me. The old boy was as sweet as my old Lightning and it was like having him back here with me. It was a true blessing and joy to care for these two.

I’ve had the privilege of caring for a German Shepard this week, a lovely gentle giant (until see she’s other dogs, then I need all my strength to hold her back). It took we a day to adjust but once she did we have enjoyed lots of cuddles and laughs. To my surprise last night as I kneeled to thank the Lord for all my blessings she joined me! What a unique baby! We will dearly miss her

This week we had two doggies in a last minute booking. They came in like a hurricane and swept the house upside down, at one point the little staffie jumped onto my work desk and tipped tea onto everything knocking screens to the floor! The owners brought a crate for the staffie to sleep in, because he chews walls! Here’s the little ones before bed.
