Hi everyone,

I’m sad to share this reminder again so soon, but it is essential to the safety and well-being of our team. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, yelling, aggression, and derogatory language in our salon—whether in salon, over the phone, or via email.

Our beautiful staff work long hours, with dedication and a cheerful, friendly approach. No one in any industry deserves to be treated disrespectfully when they’re doing their best to help.

On a brighter note, thankyou for everyone else’s continued support this year.
