This is Col Dunne, an opportunistic con man, he claims to have son with a woman near Lucindale SA. Using the story that his son is hospitalised with serious illness he has scammed thousands from people around the Kyabram area in northern Victoria. People that have tried to help him and through that good nature he’s gone back to his heritage of Irish tinker. The ex girlfriend and son possibly don’t even exist. Another story he uses is his bank card doesn’t work and needs some money to survive a few days until he gets his card sorted. It’s fairly likely that he’ll never return to the Kyabram district and the victims will neve see their money again but keep your eyes peeled around pokie rooms and greyhound races and you might come across him. He may have slunk back to South Australia but nobody knows, share it around good people

Good people of Horsetopia. After some years of upheaval and disjointed work schedules I am planning on a dentistry tour of Queensland. I still offer freeze branding services as well. I understand that it’s been some time and there are others that have started touring through the areas that I have serviced in the past. Even if your horses aren’t due I’d appreciate the word getting passed around. Early March is the forecast schedule.
Hope to see as many previous and new clients again.
Cheers

Valued QLD and NSW Clients
As most of you are aware the old China flu has prevented me from travelling to service the areas that I have for the 6 years prior to the circus that was border restrictions. I understand that in the interest of animal welfare you have had to use other dental and freeze branding options. I am happy to plan a trip to your areas if there is a need and any loyalty to the services that I have provided in the past. If anyone is interested in booking their horses in please drop me a message or call. Hopefully the numbers are there and I can resume my northern pilgrimage to regional areas. I thank you for your support

I will be in the Riddels creek, Romsey, Lancefield areas later today if anyone wants their horses done. At a respectable social distance of course

Dearest valued clients, unfortunately I don’t have a lot to report but it seems likely that there may be restrictions on interstate travel imposed soon. I have been sitting tight on advertising the revised dates of a tour through Queensland but it should appear that s**t has got real in Victoria. In the spirit of not putting anyone else or myself at risk of China flu exposure, I will not be embarking on my trip yet. As frustrating as it is I believe that most people understand. At this stage I will still service areas of Victoria with some amended operating policies.
On the other side of this ridiculous situation may we all make fun of it in true Australian fashion.
Thanks for your patience
Steve

Friends of the North, I have put my trip on hold until I see what is happening with the weather. Some areas that I’m booked to visit are very wet and may be for a week or so and other areas have more rain forecast for this week. I am still going on tour I just don’t know when exactly. I will try and keep you posted with as much notice as possible

Dearest Northern Dwellers. Frontier equine dentistry is loading the tools, wiggles cds and nitrogen tanks and hitting the road in a few weeks. Early in the first week of March I will hit Charleville and work west from there. I will endeavour to spread the word via various regional book face pages but it is generally taken down after a day or so. Please spread the word to keep these trips viable and continued.
Cheers

NAB changes lending policies based on moral standards. Anyone else recall the inquiry into the banking sector?

It’s a bit a a last minute trip but I’ll be around the Romsey and riddles creek areas today. If you have horses that need a dental checkup or due to be done let me know on

If reality television is your thing then fair play to you. The Bachelor/bachelorette which incidentally the opposite of Bachelor is spinster, is not reality. Neither is love island, sorry if that’s a spoiler.
Today I met a young man that has crossed a few random horse disciplines and does not boast or skite about his achievements. He has spent a small fortune on a horse’s rehab after many illnesses and unlucky conditions. When he talks about his pursuits, it is the pure joy and fun of not actually caring what a judge thinks.
That right there kids, is reality.
Well done is always better than well said

Well I’m still going. In the Roma area at the moment and then moving towards miles and Dalby. Possibly Toowoomba then Goondiwindi and Texas. Spread the word valued horse friends. If this trip doesn’t suit I will be back in March. And remember, hessian un**es may be cheap but the chafing will outlast them
Cheers

As it turns out I’ll be in Charleville this afternoon and tomorrow morning for anyone who missed my visit a few weeks ago.

09/09/2019

Well my valued previous and new clients, once again it has been great to come to the Blackwater and Dysart area. I do appreciate the support that allows me to continue servicing regional Queensland. I have especially enjoyed catching up with Nick Trimble who is now sponsored by Frontier Equine Dentistry in his team roping pursuits. I’m not sure that I’m the best strapper in the rodeo world but after everything that Nick has done for me in the past I can only strive to improve. From here (Blackwater) on towards Blackall through Emerald and Alpha tomorrow.

Currently in Charleville. Heading Augathella way tomorrow. Most groups have removed the schedule that I have put up. Something in there about providing equine services to regional areas goes against their policies. I appreciate all the people that share my updates. Probably Tambo and Blackall by Thursday and Friday
