Well I went outside to feed up - come back and they are missing. Ok did someone leave a door open, nope only 2 of us here. After an hour of literally turning my house upside down I’m convinced they have got outside (may have accused someone of possibly letting them out 🤷‍♀️)
These little monsters had found an empty draw under the television cabinet. Not a faze in the world, don’t even know what made me open it.
Biggest heart attack I’ve had for a while - surely I couldn’t lose them on the first day 🤦‍♀️

Today we welcome 2 new female additions to our team. Of course they are black 🤷‍♀️ still trying to think of some names. Leaning Towards summer ☀️ and winter ❄️ I really want it to be summer 🌞 but we are still living in winter here ☔️however that’s not their fault 😂any name suggestions for these cuties as I can’t call them both blacky 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Well we travelled interstate this weekend to Goulburn Murray branch show and what a weekend they put on for us ☀️ not sure I’m ready to adjust to 30 + degrees just yet, without a lie it was raining when I left home.
Daisy wasnt quite sure if she was ready for the big time and had a couple of baby moments - she still managed 2nd in her class and 2nd in the futurity - has now slept for most of the day, hard work being a show pony 🤷‍♀️
Charlie was champion led 2year old, also winning her hack and working.
Bonnie was champion led 4yr old and she too won her hack and working - not to mention supreme led
Could not be more prouder of our home bred girls 💕
I also had the pleasure of judging the junior judging last night and what a great bunch of kids we have coming through - could teach some adults a thing or 2.

Dandenong ag show
Thank you to the committee, judges and stewards you all did a great job. It’s easy to see why ag shows are struggling, numbers today were very low across the board.
Daisy made it on the team today and she didn’t disappoint.
Won best presented and yearling class, reserve champion junior to her stable mate 🤷‍♀️
The other 2 girls swapped it up a bit today. Charlie champion junior, supreme led, champion hack and reserve working (Bonnie got one back)- she’s 2 going on 12 😊 been o this earth before.

The best news from the weekend
Lexi - aka OL sudden inspiration on her first outing with her new owners was the winner of the led yearling and champion 4yrs and under at the central west ash branch show. She definitely took off where she left off at the foal shows.
