My "red pen" is growing up nicely. Gorgeous red pyle and partidge.
(I do have a couple of splash in there, raised by my partidge ladies), but they'll move next door to my splash pen)

A few blues and a few reds
The splashes have some lovely markings....some light markings and some dark. But no blue or black, allll splash.
And never had the reds before, so it will be quite exciting to see how their colours develop

Katana....our sweet little splash no splash. She does have 2 black spots on her head, and she came from splash lines, but her markings, or lack there of, are what happens when you splash/splash too many times.
However aside from ALL that, she is the most darling little girl w a sweet nature and she loooooves cuddles

Our Splash eggs are created by Splash roos over Blue, Black and Splash hens. This means you will get a combo of colours in your hatch.
If we put splash over splash, it starts to dilute the colouring, and unless you have other blue or black in your breeding program, you could ultimately breed out the splash markings.
So, we set you up for future breeding of splash silkie chickens if you choose to continue breeding.
If you want just splash - coz, why wouldn't you, they're such gorgeous looking chookies - occasionally we offer pullets and cockerels for sale.
