TEMPORAILY CLOSED!

Due to a new job opporunity for my amazing partner, which includes relocating, we are temp closing Mischief Manor Pet & House Sitting for the foreseeable future. It is unsure if or when we may reopen as it all depends where this opportunity may take us in the future.

I'd like to thank all my amazing clients that have booked with me throughout the last 2 years, and i do apologies to everyone who uses/needs these services, i do hope you find an amazing sitter for your fur babies!

DAILY VISITS! Start at $25, location dependent.
- Includes bins, mail, watering plants, general tidy up. As well as pet care: p**p patrol, feeding, water, play, pats, medication if required.

TWICE DAILY! As above, price is discounted off daily visitx2 price.

Please feel free to message me regarding pet stays! We can host small animals, as long as their food and enclosures are provided: birds, mice/rats, reptiles, etc. Can supply food for extra fee! $15 a day/night.

• Guinea pigs and rabbits: no enclosure required as I have a pop up extra large puppy play pen just for them! Food and hay supplied. $15 per day/night.

First pet sits of the year! Woohoo! Blessed to have been trusted to look after lil Millie and Max over the weekend. Millie and I were a bit rough at the start, but after some bribing with treats, we got along just fine! Max on the other hand was just happy I had hands to give him belly rubs with 😂

Hi all!

Quick lil run down of Mischeif Manor.

- Prices start at $25, pricing depends on your location, please remember I’m located in Maclean, so for example, Grafton visits are higher in price due to travel/petrol.

- I offer DAILY VISITS, overnights on request, in YOUR HOME! Unfortunately I don’t offer pet sits in my home due to not having a suitable enclosed yard, my own indoor pets, and we also rent. I can offer short stays for pocket pets (Guinea pigs, etc.)

- If you have overnights in your home, please note that I do work full time and do not stay in your home 24 hours a day. I will only be in your home early morning and late afternoon/overnight outside work hours. My prices are made to match this, and why I’m able to be budget friendly as this is also a side business.

- ALL my services include litter, feeding, water check, play time, pats, cuddles, p**p patrol, general clean up, taking out rubbish and bins, bringing in mail, watering gardens/plants. Giving medication if needed.

- I offer pet transport to vets and grooming appointments. Which includes yourself, this service I’d like to help target elderly/disabled who may need assistance in doing these errands.

Price list:
- Daily visits
× Maclean/towsend/gulmarrad: $35
× Yamba & surrounds: $45

Daily visits are a 30 minute minimum visit which include household chores eg bins, mail, watering gardens, etc and we can also add on lawn mowing for an additional fee!

Overnight stays:
- $65 a night
- The more nights you book, the cheaper each night is.

I look after ANY pets, live stock included. Please note we do overnight stays in your home only as we don't have the option of looking after your furry Friends in our home.

We also offer pet transport, price dependent on situation.

Hi everyone! Just a reminder I move in less then 2 weeks!
But you have until the 23rd december to book your daily visits with me! $25 a visit Maclean & surrounds, or $35 a visit in Yamba & surrounds. Iluka & Woombah are $25 a visit until this Friday the 16th then I will no longer be offering pet sitting in that area due to my job contract ending.

Please get in touch for daily visits over xmas, New Years and next year as my lovely dad and brother will be happily taking on some of my amazing regular clients and would be happy to look after your fur babies too!

I’ve been running for a year now in the far north coast, and can get references from my current amazing regular clients if needed 🥰

I’m happy to look at after reptiles, cats, dogs, live stock, small animals, any really! And have experience with all too.

Hi all,
Little update for everyone.
As of 23rd December 2022, i will no longer be servicing the clarence valley or northern rivers regions as im moving back to SYDNEY!

I am so sorry to go, i love all of my amazing clients, but i've made the decision to move back home. BUT!! My dad, Ben, will be taking on my daily visit clients! Some of you will know him as the ferry man, or the bloke at karaoke at MacLean on a Saturday night. I'll be getting in touch with you all shortly personally via messenger to let you all know, and offer my dad as a replacement, he comes along to a few of my sits, and loves it!

Unfortunately he cannot do over nights due us having our own fur babies, and work commitments, but a lovely lady named Rebecca Cherry will be taking on house and pet sitting in the clients home as of 2023! You also have Home Grown Goodness in Townsend and Orange Door Dog Retreat in Gulmarrad which is taking on xmas bookings now!

Please still message me anytime for daily visits, we are available 7 days a week.
Maclean, gulmarrad and townsend - $25 a visit
Yamba, james creek, palmers island, angourie - $35 a visit
Other locations please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

Update to all my lovely clients:

I am moving to Maclean!! THIS WEEK!

So unfortunatly that means Yamba prices for daily visits will be now $35 a visit flat rate.

Maclean is now $10-$25 depending on how many animals, etc.

Gulmarrad & Townsend is $25.

All overnight pricing stays the same no matter the location, $40 a night.

Meet and greets
I offer a free meet and greet to meet yourself and your pets prior to your booking. These are 15-20 minutes long.

If you require longer, one including a walk, or a time which is outside my usual schedule (especially those out Grafton way.) A $25 fee will occur.

For example:
You live in Grafton or surrounds and want a meet and greet on a weekend. I live in Yamba, and work in Grafton Monday to Friday, I can meet you any weekday on my way home! But coming out on a weekend means petrol on my end, so a $25 fee occurs to cover that and my time. 😃

Just a heads up to all
I’ve been getting a few last minute cancellations, especially for overnights.

Depending on your total booking price. A deposit is needed the day of your confirmation of booking, and if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking it is non refundable.

I’m one person. And my over nights are extremely popular and book out fast, many people miss out. I understand sickness, travel and work changes but I’m also running a business.
