We had jumps, games, santa, dress up, awards and food. As the year drew to a close for HBPC we celebrated what a fantastic year it was! Looking forward to seeing you all next year- planning is already under way for an even bigger year!

Memberships for next year now open for new members. Renewals for current members from 1 December!

Last night we hosted our first Clear Round Jump Night. The event sold out of spaces! Between 5pm and 7pm we ran through about 40 rounds! There was a few PBs, a few firsts and heaps of smiles. Well done to all the amazing riders who showed up and showed off their jumping skill! Thanks to everyone who got in and helped increase heights and put poles back up! Hopefully everyone had a great time. Looking forward to hosting another early in the new year! Keep an eye out!

Important information regarding tomorrow's jump night.

Gates will open at 4pm with first round commencing at 5pm.

There will be two warm up areas, one at current jump height and one at next height.

A guide program has been put together to give you an idea of when you will jump and to ensure we get through all rounds ahead of the sun setting. Can the two registered riders not on the program please reach out and confirm your heights so I can add you.

If you are running late or miss your round we will try to get you a round at the end but because of the number of rounds there is no guarantee. Please ensure you are prepared and keeping an eye on the timetable. The timetable will also be posted on the clubhouse board.

There will be three event coordinators, Michelle, Elissa and Peta who will be running to the program. Can parents please be ready to help moving jump heights so we can ensure we get everyone through their rounds.

Looking forward to our first clear round event! With everyone's help this can be a fun event and set us up to run more for you next year!

CHRISTMAS PARTY LUNCH/PRESENTATION DAY
We have 10 adults and 9 kids tickets purchased so far for the party this Sunday
All junior riders will be receiving an award so please purchase a ticket by tomorrow for catering purposes.
It is also our AGM,and we need all our members to attend this,so you all have a say in how the club moves forward next year.
So even if you're not coming to rally day with a horse,please come along,enjoy some lunch and a drink, for the end of year celebrations and presentation

Make sure you have your tickets and outfits ready for our Christmas party!

Christmas dress up, annual awards and buffet lunch (buffet lunch tickets available until Thursday 21st so don't miss out!) Everyone is welcome and must have a ticket for lunch (no canteen operating). Make sure you also have your items ready for our first ever sale table! Details below;

Introducing our "sale table"!

Available at rally day events the sale table gives everyone an opportunity to buy and sell horse gear!

1. Register your item on the sale table document at the canteen.
2. Receive 2 tickets.
3. Put price and your name on "purchaser" ticket and attach to your item on sale table.
4. Keep "seller" ticket.

To purchase take purchaser ticket to canteen and pay. You may then take your purchased items.

To get your profits for goods sold, return with your seller ticket to canteen at end of day to receive purchase price less 10% (capped at $5/item).

Your buyer is able to pay cash or card via the canteen, with a small fee going to HBPC for use of the facilities.
