For anyone who has there pets cremated I just came across this local business! As painful as it is loosing a pet, it may just be that little less painful knowing they can stay local and return home sooner than going down the line for cremation.

As most of you aware, i am taking an extended break over winter with the family, before it's to late to go and see some of our beautiful country! I have tried to tell as many of you as i can in person, but it hasn't been possible to tell everyone personally. I will be finishing on Friday June 14th and returning to work September 9th! This will mean for most of you a missed winter groom for some maybe 2, don't panic as most are well groomed and will be ok, if anyone feels there dog may become a welfare issue while I'm away please contact me asap and I will try and fit you in even if it means after hours. Schedules will return to normal on my return. Thankyou for your understanding!

Update: Jed has gone to a wonderful family today where he will be very happy and fulfilled!
This is not the post I wanted to have to write for this boy, but unfortunately Jed is in desperate need of a new home, one of his elderly owners passed away 6 months ago and now his other elderly owner has gone into care and can no longer look after him. I am wondering if any of my customers or followers or any other groomers following my page may know of someone or have room for him themselves. If all else fails would any of you know of temporary foster homes or anything else that will help this boy get the home he needs.
About Jed he is 3 years old and desexed, fully house trained and has a lovely personality, he does not bark and he is obedient but needs reminding of this at times. He is very strong but gentle at the same time he does require exercise and regular grooming as he is border collie husky cross and does shed. He would like an inside/ outside home. But would be ok as outside dog as long as he still gets attention and exercise, he would most likely be best suited as an only dog as he is very excitable around other dogs but no aggression, possibly be ok with a dog of similar size, I think he would annoy a small dog but I can not confirm this. I am more than happy to answer any questions I can. Jed will not just go to anyone as he deserves a good life after the rough time he has had in the last 6 months.
