Poor Buddy! 😪
Being an adopted baby, many things that happen are a first for him.
I dived in the pool this eve after a busy and hot day.
He was in such emotional turmoil thinking that his mama was in trouble and yet, being too afraid to come near the water in his perceived 'rescue' of me.
Buddy is a 'mamas boy' and was so scared and confused.
Broke my heart seeing the worry in his eyes and behaviour. 😪💔
It took some coaching to get him to walk to the edge for a comforting cuddle and reassurance that mama was safe and happy.

Hello pooch family.

This is a notice to locals who may come across us socially when we are out and about walking our babies.

Please know that Buddy has only been a part of our family for a few months.

We adopted him from a home where he had never even had a collar on him.
Let alone be walked or socialised with other dogs.

He was 10 months old then and he is now just over 1 year old.

He still cowers if we raise our voices and we have no idea all of what he has been through. 😪

His previous owner admitted to hitting him and we can see this 💔😪

He gets super excited and super scared.
We are working hard on him to build trust and a balance of reactions.

If you see us out and about with Alfie and Buddy?

By ALL means, come pat and introduce your beloved pooch to Alfie!
He is a big Ol' softy!

But, please be cautious with Buddy.

He is still an anxious baby boy who is learning.

I have some more good news!

I have now set up an option on our website for local deliveries of orders within a 10 klm radius from our home in Mandurah, WA.
Delivery days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am-12pm.

Delivery fee will be a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $50.00.
If you spend $50.00 or more, delivery is free!

If you live within this radius, this option will appear on your order in the checkout section.

I will ALSO be setting up a little stand outside our house and selling our treats on certain days as well in the not too distant future so, STAY TUNED! 😁😍

Now... we have a few dogs here that have various health conditions sadly and need extra special diets.

Can you please comment on this post on what your dogs condition is and any advice you have been given by your vet on what they can or cannot eat?

Our goal here is to cater for ALL of our beautiful furbabies good health!

We want to do thorough research and create treats beneficial for our more vulnerable dogs.

Good afternoon all!
How good it is to finally wake up to a day when we can get outside and collect the linen blown off from the clothes line and spread around the yard! 🤣
The winds and rain have been crazy for last couple of days!
I hope and pray everyone stayed safe and you haven't encountered too much damage around your properties?
I wanted to share a funny dog 'tail' with you all.
Pun intended 🤣
So... every dog owner knows this.
We cannot go ANYWHERE without our pooches following behind us.
This includes the toilet!
This morning was no exception in our house!
Alfie and Buddy came along with me for the event and I couldn't shut the door.
Both had half of their bodies in the toilet with me for a scratch, cuddle and smooch fest.
Apparently this is an appropriate time because you have been asleep for hours and they have missed you!
It's the one time I have wished I brought my phone with me!
Their backsides were wagging furiously and their tails wagging in unison from side to side in the same order! Left, right, left, right!
It honestly looked like a set of furry windscreen wipers!
🤣
Next time I need to drive in the rain, I'm going to strap them both on the bonnet so I can put their tails to good use! 🤣

What have you all been up too?
Cold and wet in Perth eh?!

We have been braving the cold and rain to load our skip bin with rubbish and weeds from the garden, shed and house with the help of our 'barking and running off to tell the neighbours we aren't doing it right' dogs! ( dibber dobbers )🤣🤣
Too cold for me now so I'm inside experimenting with yet another new treat!
I know, I know! I'm kind of obsessed with making new treats! 🤣

Ohh my goodness! I absolutely LOVE it when our beautiful customers send in pics or videos of their precious pooches enjoying our treats! This beautiful boy is Bear. He is absolutely LOVING our stuffed pigs ears! Thank you pawrents for your support and custom! 🤣🐾🐕 **info: These are Australian bought fresh ears that I buy from our local butchers. I then cook up some pork and LOTS of veges, rice and oats and stuff them deep inside. They are then dehydrated for 24 hours. More ears will be available soon and will be added to our website.

Happy puppy love Sunday everyone! I am feeling bright as a button today but my mum and dad are a bit weary. It's been a long time since they had a needy baby in the house but they tended to my needs all night. I'll give them a 9 out of 10 WOOF! 😁🐕 I slept on their bed because I was a little scared of being away from my mama and pa for the first time and needed the warmth. My mum says Im learning really quick and that I am clever! She gives me lots of little treats that I love when I do something right. I like to be very close to my mum all the time. Sometimes she calls me her shadow! I like to make her laugh lots but doing silly puppy antics. I chase my tail a lot. Mum thinks Im broken! 🤣🤣 Mum started her Harley up this morning for a second to get me used to the sound. It scared me and I ran to my dad! She said she will only do it once a day for a short time so I can get used to the sound and come for rides with her in my pet carrier.
