While I won't be doing any grief coaching as such, I do feel that adding this course to my portfolio will be beneficial for clients. Everyone talks about a new puppy, but it's important to recognise the mixed emotions you may be feeling when adding a new pet after a loss. I feel this course has helped me to understand the grieving process better, and will allow me to be more supportive to my clients.

Fundraising, why is Gecko always Fundraising? Well firstly, he likes to help. Secondly, signing up to fundraisers has him walking every day and keeps him accountable. He has to track his km, and report in. He doesn't care if he raises $5 or $500, just sharing his journey helps bring attention to the various needs of the greater community.
September is Raise, a foundation to help prevent teenage su***de. October will be for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Gecko will be back out walking for charity again in September.
Walking with your dog is a fantastic way to build your bond, gain confidence and keep you both fit.
Many routinely used commands can be reinforced during your walks, and you would be surprised how much you and your dog learn, just walking!

Gecko is taking a break from his charity fundraiser walks for a while. But if you would like to try a walking challenge, and would like someone to walk with you and help you and your dog with lead training, manners, etc, get in touch!

We will be heading off on holidays for June, so will be fresh and ready to assist you with your training in July.

Gecko has had an amazing holiday. The flies were horrendous, so he spent quite a lot of time sleeping in the camper. He was very good about wearing his muzzle and a hastily made fly veil for most of the 10 days.
Once we get unpacked, I will put together the video on our trip and post the link. outnabout
