Stella is an outstanding young mare with 3 exceptional paces! Stella was awarded Elite mare in February through the ACE Group with German assessor Jehns Whermann.

Stella just competed at her first competition (video below) at Prelim level and came 2nd out of a strong and big field. She was an absolute angel in every way to handle and have.

Stella has clean X-rays and is 100% sound. She does have a small scar on her upper hind right leg and it is only cosmetic.

Filigran Stellarose’s first competition and being away from home! Stella has been nothing but a complete angel so far and even came second in her first Prelim test with 68.4%

After her test we cooled off in the creek (first time in water) and snacked on some green grass.

Today we took Silver Thripenny Bit aka Penny, to her (and my) first Western Show at Malanda. Penny was nothing but a complete angel (except lunge line 😅) for all of her classes and came home with some ribbons!

Stella is a stunning young mare with 3 great paces looking for her future dressage partner to take her to FEI! Stella has recently been ACE assessed and was awarded ELITE mare.

Stella is extremely easy to handle on the ground and under saddle. Stella is forward moving but never gets hot and out of control. She isn’t “marey” at all and is very willing to please. Stella has been started under saddle in October last year and has had 8 weeks off over Christmas & New Year to continue growing.

Here at Filigran Performance Horses, we don’t believe in sheltering our young horses from anything. So Glenhill Springstar aka Spike, is getting ridden on a windy, stormy and busy afternoon and being an absolute gem.

Stella is a stunning mare who has been started under saddle in October 2023. She has the perfect temperament and is extremely easy to handle on the ground and under saddle. She has 3 exquisite paces with great uphill tendencies.

Stella was recently assessed in the ACE Group tour led by Jens Wehrmann. She scored elite mare and rightly so!

Her dam did extremely well in YH classes and her sire competed in GP internationally. Stella is a great FEI prospect and will also be extremely valuable in the future as a broodmare.

🌟 ACE TOUR 2024 🌟

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Jens Wehrmann and Ursula Lang. Jens assessed 4 of our mares/fillies today, with each of them producing great results!

Filigran Stellarose (GT Sir Stirling x Quadriga Galicia) did exceptionally well, being awarded Elite Mare and therefore being accepted into the Mare Studbook 1. Stella scored an overall score of 82.25% 😍🌟

Filigran Fräulein (Franklin x Quadriga Galicia) was awarded Premium status and scored a great score of 79.25%. Jens was very impressed with her athleticism and said she is a very modern sport horse with a bright future. 🌟

Filigran Missandei (FS Mr Right x Top Swan Song) our GRP filly was also awarded Premium status with an awesome score of 78% 🌟

Stella is a stunning mare with 3 exceptional paces. She is extremely quiet and trainable with a soft, swinging back. Her walk is big with good over track, her trot is elevated and great hind leg that continues to come underneath her. The canter is uphill and very comfortable! Stella has been under saddle for a few weeks now but is progressing each week and really showing just how trainable she is. Stella has great ability to sit and carry her weight even at such a young age.

Stella’s sire GT Sir Stirling was a great young stallion. He was extremely trainable and easy to ride, which saw him being exported to Belgium and compete at Grand Prix at the young age of 9! You can watch his GP Special test with the link below.

Stella’s dam, Quadriga Galicia came 3rd in the National 4YO Young Horse class at the Brisbane CDI and scored a spot in the Carl Hester Masterclass. Then the following year she placed 3rd in the QLD finals in the 5YO Young Horse class and proceeded to the Laura Graves Masterclass. Quadriga Galicia was training up to Medium before a paddock injury started her breeding career.

In 2022, the AWHA assessment judged by Bennett Conn, Stellarose scored 82.86% and placed 1st the WPRB Led Yearling Filly and also won the QLD State Champion and for the overall she was National Reserve Champion in the WPRB led class. She received great scores for her movement, and potential dressage prospect.

Stella will make a great candidate for the young horse classes and also higher level competition in the future. Clean X-rays are available. Stella is up to date with all vaccines and dentals.
