Ah the serenity!
As it starts to cool down at night now, we start to crank up the fire and take in the breathtaking sunsets we get here at Bella Denn Park.

We aim to offer a PREMIUM AGISTMENT option for the Bundaberg area.
We do not have shared paddocks at
Bella Denn Park - each paddock is 1 owners horses only.
Use of all facilities & a feed shed is inc in pricing.

Becoming available probably during May-
*1 x slightly LARGER IRRIGATED paddock with shelter (suitable for 1 large horse & a Shetland/mini or 2 x ponies) or just 1 x horse if preferred-$100/wk.

Other options but all Currently Full -

*Individual Irrigated Paddocks - $70/wk, inc own shelter and access to a feed shed, plus use of all facilities.

•2 acre Shared Paddock-1 owners horses only.
Partly irrigated $120/wk for 2 horses. Additional horses at $30/hose/wk. Suitable feeding req.

FULL CARE, PART CARE, SELF CARE or Occasional Care options on offer.

All horses are to be FED DAILY.
We can/do offer PART OR FULL CARE options.
You supply the feed.
We can assist on occasion or on a regular basis with feeding &/or rugging if required.

If interested please contact us and we can arrange a property inspection and discuss your requirements further.

SHORT TERM/HOLIDAY stays also available.
Also Vet/medical cases requiring confinement or care can be catered for too.

ARENA & FACILITY HIRE also available.

Located at Meadowvale, turn is 5km up Rosedale Rd.

Irrigated individual paddocks (most approx 1 acre) each with a shelter.
Laneway system for easy access for agistees.
Video surveillance.
You suitably feed daily, hay or hard feed.
Or options for us to feed/rug etc.

Feed/tack sheds included in pricing.
Wash Bay, Free Float Parking available.
Small paddocks available for vet cases, foaling down, late arrivals, short term etc, with shelter.

Riding area-3 fenced acres
inc’s dressage/working arena - lit for night riding
also 17m round yard
Jumps, sporting poles, barrels, obstacles,
trot poles etc for all to use.
Plenty of off highway riding out options too.
Public Liability Insurance also.
Lessons available on own horse or Working of horses available too.

Owner lives onsite-Marcus Oldham College Equine Business Management Graduate-also with Vet Nurse experience. Previous experience in the Thoroughbred Industry with Yearling Preps & Sales and on TB studs-breeding season & foaling down. Worked & competed with Performance Horses to National level.

LET THERE BE LIGHT!!!
So we now have a lit arena for night use as the days get shorter & we have lit up the wash bay too.
Always trying to make improvements for clients., they have already been getting some use.
PS. The cat even approves too.

Been working on a few more jumps.
These prints are from Jumpskinz, vinyl wrap in different colours and prints.
Thought I’d give them a whirl and they turned out pretty well for a first try.

We have a Bundaberg Area Run this Tuesday 20 February 2024. This means that there are no travel fees if you are located in this map area.
