Ruth pulled the classic disappearing act right as her mum needed her to get in the carrier for her appointment. If she gets put on the “naughty list” for that, I need to speak to the Christmas Workshop manager (Santa?) because look at her! See? She’s an angel and didn’t mean it, she’s so nice 🥹💖

If you’ve got an oodle and love this soft, cloud-like look just remember longer coats do mean extra brushing, maintenance and visits to the groomer (though worth it imo 😝) Nevertheless, that doesn’t suit everyone! What matters most is choosing a length that suits your lifestyle and keeps your pup comfy and happiest 🥰

A ripper day spent learning show/comp standard poodle trims from the amazing Kayla Croteau (.) Kayla is an award-winning USA Groom Team member, Ambassador, and all-round grooming legend! Her bubbly energy is infectious, and after one coffee she talks at a speed that’s exactly the pace Brooke and I thrive on 😂 We adore you Kayla!

We dove into breed standards (including the differences across countries), poodle structure, achieving a beautifully balanced trim, coat maintenance and prep, plus banding and wrapping techniques.

We honestly had the best time. Considering our own dog crew at home consists of a Rottweiler, two hairless Chinese Cresteds, and a sentient little toilet-brush rescue mutt (Busy), we’re putting the call out: please send us ALL your poodles so we can make them pretty. Please and Thank you🙏😂

Thanks again Kayla for such an awesome day. We genuinely learnt so much! Annie xx 💖💖💖💖

It’s that time of year again: the busy season for groomers! (Actually… it started a few weeks ago 😅)

We just wanted to share some friendly reminders so we’re all on the same page and to help avoid any disappointment. We’re doing our absolute best to fit everyone in who wants their pets looking fresh and fabulous for the festive season and (hopefully!) some warmer weather ☀️

Appointments are filling fast and spaces are extremely limited. Occasionally things pop up for people and understandably cancellations can happen opening new spots… but at this time of year, last-minute spots are really rare.

If you haven’t booked yet, now’s the time! Please plan ahead, book early, and arrive on time so we can keep every tail wagging through the busiest time of the year. 🥰💛🐾

Our friend .pom is all over the news as he was on the first ever flight with pets on board… all while wearing his Uncanny Animals ribbon 🥹🫶✈️

I can’t stop laughing at his silly little face so chuffed to be on a holiday to the Gold Coast, he cracks me up! 😂

Don’t get too comfy up there, Bambi, gotta come back for your grooming and cuddles with us - all the best for your flight home!
