Small batch bakery making handmade gourmet dog cookies, cupcakes and cakes. Human grade ingredients

Fat Dora is a food loving 5 year old Domestic Short Hair who thought it was high time her owner had a tastier business than the day job of being a veterinarian. And because Fat Dora is the boss, her owner started baking, first making birthday and wedding cakes for humans before combining her love of pets and food and converting to baking pet treats. The Snackery bakes dog cookies, cupcakes, cakes

and even cat cakes, all individually handmade to order. This allows us to make vegan versions of most items, making them suitable for animals with meat based allergies or lactose intolerance, and those with medical conditions requiring a low fat diet. Most dietary requirements can be catered for – please contact us if you have a request! All our products are made with only human grade ingredients and are designed to be as healthy as possible: no oil, no added sugar or salt, no artificial colours or preservatives. You can share a treat or two with your pet, although your tastebuds might find them interesting! Although veterinarian approved, we recommend that all our products are fed in moderation (they are treats, after all!), and as part of a balanced diet.

A very special cake for Cherry's 7th birthday tomorrow.
Cherry is on a hypoallergenic diet trial so this cake has a very limited amount of ingredients (only 8 in the whole thing, including decorations), with no meat products.
Can't wait to see what she thinks!

A very happy 4th birthday to Romeo! His mum says he has a very sensitive stomach and can't eat chicken or anything high in fat, so he has a special 5% fat lean beef mince and veg cake with whipped potato. The cookies are apple and strawberry, and vanilla and honey. Plus a few yoghurt and liver treats.

Been a bit quiet on the social media side of things, but the Snackery is still busy baking!
A pack each of Strawberry/Apple and Banana/Apple chewy biscuit bones for a with kidney issues.
Animals with renal problems require a restricted protein diet and it can be difficult to find suitable treats. Our chewy biscuit bones and crunchy Vanilla/Honey paws are reduced protein, meat free, low fat and contain only human grade, natural ingredients. They are suitable for animals with kidney problems, food allergies and pancreatitis.

Happy 3rd birthday Astro! Astro has a sensitive stomach, so instead of a big cake he had a custom giant pupcake (approx 2.5x regular pupcakes) with chicken mince, veg and whipped potato.
