She was clipped before but not anymore, so started flying. She can say hello very nicely and ready to learn to speak, but we really don't have the time to teach her or tamed her! She is not tamed and doesn't like to be touched! She loves u sray around and talk to her but doesn't want you to touch her, but still young to get trained to be tamed! You just need to spend time with her and have patience so she gets comfortable with u! Sadly we don't have that time as a busy schedule. She comes with medium size cage and some toys. Asking $1500 or best reasonable offer, this bird is very rare, so no low offeras will be answered! Pick up accepted
