If your pet is insured with a GapOnly® partner, you can claim your eligible pet insurance benefit on the spot. Instead of paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement, you’ll only pay the ‘gap’—the amount not covered by your policy.

Simply let our reception team know you have pet insurance when booking or arriving for your appointment, and have your policy details ready so we can process your GapOnly® claim promptly after your pet’s visit.

✨ The wonderful Isabelle, a gorgeous 19-year-young Tonkinese, came in for her dental procedure this week. Despite living with renal disease, she handled her anaesthetic beautifully, and we couldn’t be prouder of her. 💛

Before any procedure, we perform pre-anaesthetic blood screening to measure important values, provide IV fluids, and use tailored medications to support each patient’s individual needs. Our team ensures careful monitoring with exceptional equipment and the dedicated attention of our experienced veterinary nurses throughout.

Isabelle woke up bright and acted as if nothing had happened! Her family reports her being very happy at home. Here’s nurse Hannah giving her a big cuddle and kiss before her discharge. 🐾💋

Look what turned up during a recent dental procedure! 🦷 A piece of chicken bone had become stuck on this dog’s carnassial tooth. 🍗 A good reminder to supervise pets around bones and food scraps, especially around the kitchen, and to check your pet’s mouth regularly for any signs of discomfort, redness, or foreign material like this. Dr Allison was quick to the rescue! 🫡

Ouch! Poor Harpo came in with a very swollen chin, and we discovered a bee sting 🐝. Bee stings can cause quick, dramatic swelling, especially around the face like this! We safely removed the sting, and Harpo was such a brave and sweet boy throughout the process. He’s recovering well now. 🧡
