Yoshi 🫶🏼 the Japanese Spitz, would like everyone to know that the clinic will be CLOSED this Monday the 27th for the Public Holiday!

We are OPEN tomorrow (Saturday the 25th) from 9am-3pm for any of your pet’s needs.

Please ensure you have enough of your pet’s medications or food before Monday. We will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday the 28th 8:30am-6pm. 🪧

Miss Cleo would like to let all our clients know that the clinic will be CLOSED tomorrow for the Grand Final Public Holiday 🏈🏆

We will re-open as normal on Saturday the 27th at 9am-3pm. We are already fully booked on Saturday for appointments.

As it is always a busy period during the public holiday, please understand that our phone lines will be inundated.

Please be aware that this Friday the 9th and next Friday the 16th we will NOT have any vets on site as we are understaffed.
The nurses will be in to help you with any queries or purchases from 9am-5pm.
There will be availability for basic nurse appointments if needed.
Please ensure you order your pet’s medications each week before the order cut off at 10am every Thursday to ensure you have it ready for the weekend.

This is an important announcement from the Team at Niddrie Veterinary Clinic 📢

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the clinic would like to make you aware of some staff shortages that will be affecting our operations for the current foreseeable future.

We ask that our clients can offer their patience during this time in regards to booking in appointments and surgeries as our workload will be very limited and urgent/sick patients will be prioritised over all routine treatments.

As much as we hate to state this, we will ONLY be providing services to our current existing clients within the last 5 years.
This means if you have not visited the clinic since and have a new pet or have never been to the clinic, we will need to refer you to another nearby clinic for the time being.

Please be prepared to accept appointments that are not with your usual vet or by a Locum Vet.

Our phones and emails will be inundated, therefore we also ask that you understand if there is a wait period or we cannot reply to you immediately.

Please utilise our voicemail service so we can limit our phone calls when possible or you can email us on [email protected] for all non urgent enquiries 📧

We apologise for any inconveniences at this time and we hope to be able to resolve this quickly so we can focus on the wellbeing of all our patients needs.

Cleo was found on the street pregnant and abandoned. 😔
She gave birth in the clinic to 6 beautiful healthy kittens whom she has raised exceptionally well.
She is probably the most gentle and loving natured cat you will ever meet!

Like her daughter Matilda, she has a LOT to say, she will roam around the house to try and find you or call out for attention, she is the cutest chatter box. 🗣️

You will find her coming up to you for an abundance of pats (don’t you dare stop) and just enjoys your constant company! 🥰

She might hiss at new cats but will get used to their presence quickly. 🐱
She has been introduced to dogs (initially not a big fan) but will warm up to them eventually. 🐶

Cleo is a healthy little lady whom is up to date with her worming treatments, has been microchipped, desexed and has had both of her F3 vaccinations. 💉

She has become very comfortable with her foster home, but her babies are all grown up so now it’s time to find a family who can look after her for a change. ❣️

She would be suited to any and all family dynamics and household types in a stable home environment for her to grow up and thrive in. 🏡
