Now that we are together on the same side of the world, it’s time to celebrate the success of “Arlie” - Sashdan Pure Imagination with Simmovon (exp Australia), recently he had his first birthday and finished his time in the puppy class in the UK and what incredible success he had for such a young dog.
During his time in puppy class we are proud to say that Arlie has won
# 4 Reserve CCs,
# Best puppy in breed at championship shows 8 times
# Puppy In group 2nd
# Puppy in Group 3rd, 3 times
# Puppy in group 4th 1 time.
# Best puppy in show at an open show.
# Arlie is also current Top Border Collie puppy in the Our Dogs point score system.
Thankyou Peter and Vonnie Simmons for everything you do with Arlie and giving him such a beautiful home.
With all of this at such a young age the future for Arlie looks very bright, now we raise a glass together to celebrate his successes so far

Well..... what exciting news to wake to this morning, the current Border Collie Club Of Great Britain leader board results have been released, I am incredibly proud to see these dogs that I bred here in Australia are ranking so highly in the country of origin for our breed, what an absolute honour !!
I would also like to give my congratulations as there quiet a few on this list that carry the prefix of others however are down from our dogs.
These dogs can not do what they do with out there owners who love them, promote them and believe in them, and I thankyou very much for your trust, friendship and giving them such wonderful homes, I might be on the other side of the world but I'm always supporting and watching closely from afar.
An interesting fact, that I would like to mention.... Sashdan A moment in Time "Jag" and Sashdan Pure Innocence " Carrie", both live here in Australia with me, they have never been to the UK, however it is through the success of there son, Sashdan Pure Imagination, they have found themselves in the top rankings in the UK, quiet a remarkable achievement !

“Ruby” had a bath and groom yesterday and for such a young pup she is looking absolutely fantastic, after this photo she went for a ride in the car and headed down to the football club for socialising, she was so confident, happy and very cheeky, she met lots of new people, who gave her lots of pats and cuddles ! - Sashdan Rubies and Diamonds

Flash back Friday !!!!
Photo taken in 2011 with Sashdan conspicuous - “Connor “ … taking top honours as a baby puppy at his very first show !! Connor then later went on to become an Australian Champion and to win top awards throughout his show career, he proved to be a highly successful and awarded show dog, he was recognised and had followers all around the world !! But more importantly in his everyday life he was our very much loved family companion ❤️as the years go by Connor is missed very much … one day in the future we hope to have pups from our special dog Connor again via frozen semen.

Catching up on news !! Huge congratulations to Pete and vonnie in the UK with our co-owned boy “Arlie” - Sashdan Pure Imagination (imp Australia) nearly 2 weeks ago Arlie had his 5th and 6th Best puppy in breed wins, once again this handsome young dog took it to the next levels also winning his 4th Res CC and also winning 4th in the puppy group, both of these were championship shows. Arlie is only 9 months old and his results have been truely outstanding for such a youngster !!

Although we have been around for many, many years, it’s now been 2 weeks since the official launch of this Sashdan border collies page, thanks to everyone for there positive feedback and encouragement. I’ve been a bit slow in posting results and updates due to being unwell but stay tuned there’s lots to catch up on and exciting news to report 🐾🐾

Exciting news coming out of the UK, young “Arlie” - Sashdan pure imagination (exp Australia) has had another brilliant weekend, he has added another Res CC, a couple of class wins a couple of best puppy in breeds, a group 2 best puppy in the pastoral group championship show and a Best puppy In Show at an open show !
At just 9 months old he has won 3 Res CC, 2 x group 3 best puppy, 1 x group 2 best puppy and 3 x Best puppy in breed all breed Championship shows, 1 x best puppy in show breed specialty show and 1 x Best Puppy in show Open show. Thankyou to the judges who’ve thought so highly of him and given him such outstanding critiques, Arlie is owned by Pete and vonnie Simmons in the UK and he was bred and Is co owned by us here in Australia

Welcome to the page of Sashdan Border Collies ! Sashdan Border Collies became established in 1995, however whilst being first established then, Danielle is the 3rd generation in her family to own pedigree border collies with her parents and grandfather all owning pedigree border collies as well ! Over the years Dogs owned or bred by us have won top awards here in Australia and in many different countries around the world, they have been awarded in the Show ring, obedience, herding, agility, dances with dogs, fully qualified assistance dogs and they are also very much loved family pets. We take full advantage of the dna testing and hip scoring available for known hereditary diseases in the breed, on all of our dogs to ensure we are doing the best we possibly can, we hope you enjoy following the journey of some of these Sashdan border collies. Enquiries and questions are always welcomed.
