Kenny had his left hind leg amputated today. It was an absolute mess. He is back home recovering in his crate. He seems to be balancing ok for now. Lots of rest and cuddles in the next few weeks.

Kenny also tested positive to FIV which is a bit of a bummer but not a death sentence. We will just tweak a few lifestyle changes and all will be great.

The second picture is of Kennys toe & partial foot still in the trap, the ILLEGAL trap. 😡 Not sure why anyone would get their kicks out of trapping cats and rabbits in these but, they do.
