🐾 And we couldn’t go to Inglewood Show without doing the dog high jump. 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐒 finished 2nd from about 10, at 2.2m and 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 finishing =3rd at 2.1m 🐾

A quick day trip with Doug’s camp horse
𝐓𝐈𝐍 𝐇𝐔𝐓 𝐏𝐎𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐘 - 𝐇𝐒𝐇 [owned by Vick & Philip Dempsey]. No luck in the ASH ring with 30 or so horses in one class. However, we were able to trot across the ring & fit in some show hack classes for Poetry’s showing debut:

🥇 Novice Show Hack 15hh and ne 15.2hh
🏆RESERVE CHAMPION NOVICE SHOW HACK.

2024 Nutrien Classic sale done & dusted. 𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅𝐀 𝐆𝐔𝐍 sold to a fantastic home in WA & we are so excited for him to come back with his new owners for the 2025 classic. We were also lucky enough to grab the steal of the sale, with the purchase of the 2yo 𝐓𝐑𝐃 (𝑹𝑬𝒀 𝑫𝑼𝑨𝑳/𝑶𝑵𝑬 𝑴𝑶𝑶𝑹𝑬 𝑳𝒀𝑵𝑿) 𝘟 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋 gelding, 𝐉𝐀𝐘𝐁𝐄𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘. 🧡
Doug also had a great couple of days with Vicki & Philip Dempseys lovely mare 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐒, making 2nd round of the Open draft. As well as having 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐍 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐘, owned by the Roses syndicate, go around kind in her Classic challenge & draft. 🎉🎉
