Well done to Phil Warren and team with the result of the Toronado x Orlando Grove C**t at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale on Sunday. The c**t is out of the former SNR-trained mare and realised $550,000, purchased by Hong Kong’s Upper Bloodstock. Well done to all involved.

Fully Subscribed. A c**t by sire of the moment Home Affairs out of Group 1-winning filly Secret Agenda from leading nursery Cressfield Stud purchased for $150,000 at Inglis Easter.

Home Affairs has been well received at the yearling sales this year including the sale-topper at Magic Millions and so far at Easter. He is every chance to make it as a stallion, especially with the progeny he has been throwing.

We still have limited opportunities available in our Home Affairs x Grey Shadow filly who was purchased for the same price from the Inglis Premier Sale.

No doubt she’s all speed this filly. A Doubtland filly out of the Star Witness mare Divine Messenger secured at the Gold Coast March Yearling Sale from Kerlin Park for just $12,000.

Doubtland had made a quick start at stud with a number of winners already and we have a 2yo filly in the stable who we really like.

Divine Messenger was a winner over 1000m at Flemington and she has produced the 4-time winner Takashima who has won from 1000m to 1200m. Every dam on the page is a winner and the second dam Ladys Angel is a Stakes winner and Group-placed.

Harry Angel sired his second Group 1 winner yesterday with Private Harry remaining undefeated with victory in The Galaxy. He will now be aimed at the Group 1 TJ Smith during The Championships.

We purchased this classy Harry Angel filly at the Inglis Classic Sale this year and she’s an exceptionally good type.

It’s a family reunion at Mornington with the Cosmic Force x Exciting Dynasty c**t joining his full sister on the Peninsula after we bought him from the Magic Millions Adelaide Sale for just $20,000.

We’ve been happy with the two-year-old full sister the whole way through since we bought her last year and this c**t is a more masculine type. He’s a bold strong c**t and Cosmic Force is going great guns. Give Me Space won the Group 3 Vo Rogue Plate at the close of last year and then ran second in the Magic Millions 3YO Guineas. Wonder Boy has also had an excellent season with a host of Stakes placings including a second in the Group 2 Phar Lap Stakes at the weekend.

This c**t is an excellent price point to get a return on the track or we may look to trade him to the Hong Kong market in the future.

Delighted to purchase this Tiger Of Malay x Foxy Free c**t at the purchase at the Magic Millions Adelaide Sale for just $20,000. He was offered by Penfold Thoroughbreds and he looks just like dad.

It is the first crop of horses for the Group 2-winning two-year-old son of Extreme Choice. We all know what he is doing as a sire with Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper winners as well as Oaks and Melbourne Cups. He’s a freak.

The Tiger Of Malay yearlings have been well sought after and I’ve been get to get one and really like this c**t. He didn’t cost a lot of money being a $20,000 buy and he’s got plenty of strength and scope. He’s a lovely c**t that will continue to develop into a beautiful horse.

He is the second foal from the dam who won over 1200m. It is the family of four-time Group 1 winner Streama. She won ten in total and $2.7m in prizemoney.

A Brazen Beau filly from Mill Park Stud, we’ve been here before. It’s the same formula as our Group 3-winning filly Brazen Style.

This striking black filly is out of the Royal Academy mare Borderline and was secured for $80,000 at the Magic Millions Adelaide Sale.

It is a developing family with Borderline already throwing a Stakes horse in She’s Miss Divine who won $230k and another daughter has thrown 2yo Stakes winner Discretion Rules.

It’s also the family of Cambridge Stud’s young stallion Sword Of State who was a Champion 2YO C**t.

She’s a quality individual and we’ve had a bit of success with the sire and have a few nice 2yo’s by Brazen Beau in the stable also. Very keen to land this filly and rapt to get her at that price.

Showmara put them away at Wangaratta today under a brilliant ride from stable apprentice Lauren Burke.

It was Lauren’s first win back from injury. She’s been working hard at home so it’s good to see her get some reward today.

It’s been a bit of a patient build up with this 3yo son of Showtime but he looks set to go on with it now.

He was good last start and we thought he’d run well but he really put them away. Well done to the ownership group and the team at Mornington.

This Hanseatic filly was secured for just $50,000 from the Aristia Park draft at the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale. She is out Bold Arial and we have the Anders half-brother in the stable. Named Four On The Floor, he is quite a quick horse and we have plenty of confidence in him to try and secure the half-sister here.

Hanseatic showed plenty of precocity and was up and going early. He won the Listed Merson Cooper Stakes in November on debut and then returned to win the two key lead-ups to the Blue Diamond in the G3 Prelude L. Preview. He went on to run second in the G1 Blue Diamond.

Bold Arial was Group 3-performed at two with a fourth placing in the Group 3 Widden Stakes. She was a winner up the straight at Flemington and won four races and over $150,000 in total.

She is Vobis qualified and eligible for the Inglis Bonus Race Series so at the price she just made sense.

We secured three more lots to close out the Inglis Premier Sale with a total of four yearlings added to our Mornington stable.

Lot 100 - Home Affairs x Chaleur Bay C**t from Supreme Thoroughbreds for $200,000. Home Affairs needs no introduction and his first crop of yearlings have been well-received and this c**t is out of a Snitzel half-sister to G3 Canonbury Stakes winner McLaren. He has a loose walk and is a very attractive type.

Lot 173 - Pierata x Flash Of Doubt C**t from Crossley Thoroughbreds for $100,000. Flash Of Doubt won eight races from 1000m to 1200m She was all speed and a prolific City winner and Group-placed mare. Pierata hit the ground running at stud and has sired 2yo Stakes winner and Golden Slipper runner-up Coleman in his first crop.

Lot 193 - Home Affairs x Grey Shadow Filly from Supreme Thoroughbreds for $150,000. This filly is out of an imported Exceed And Excel mare who is a full sister to Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf winner and sire of Gold Trip, Outstrip. She is also a half-sister to the dam of Group 1 horse Naval Power. She’s a strong sort of filly with plenty of power and a lovely head.

Our first purchase at the Inglis Premier Sale is this imposing Wootton Bassett filly out of Group 1 winner Oohood.

Wootton Bassett needs no introduction with his first crop of Australian runners hitting the track this year and carrying on his strong form Northern Hemisphere form.

Oohood was a freak as a race filly with a big page behind her. King’s Legacy and Not A Single Doubt feature prominently on the page.

She has the physique to match the pedigree and we can’t wait to get her going.
