Castelvecchio is off the mark with his first winner. Sweet Treats beat the older horses today at Goulburn to give her sire his breakthrough win. He has been around the money, highlighted by a runner up in the Listed Fernhill.
We have opportunities in a Castelvecchio filly we purchased on the Gold Coast at the Magic Millions.
All three dams on the page are winners and multiple winners. The first dam, So Magic, won three races showing plenty of speed over 1200m and 1300m. She is out of the five-time Stakes-winning mare SO GORGEOUS, who won four of her six races in succession. She was also a juvenile winner and has produced Champion Sprinter STERLING CITY and Group 2 winner TIPUNGWUTI.

We are delighted to secure this Ole Kirk x A Saucy Snitzel colt from Armidale Stud at Magic Millions Adelaide for just $45,000. He was the only horse we purchased at the sale.
We bought the Zousain half-brother last year and we think he goes pretty well. He has been named Jagerschnitzel.
This colt is an athletic type that should be running at two. He is an October foal so he will continue to improve and mature as he gets out towards a mile. He looks a sprinter/miler sort of colt, just like Ole Kirk was.
This beautiful Written Tycoon colt is a half-brother to our two-time Group 1 winner, Streets Of Avalon. He won $2.4m in prizemoney and six Stakes races in total.
He was purchased for $350,000, which was good value.
There is plenty of upside. He is a beautiful-looking horse; he was perfect on scope and x-ray. He’s a really good moving colt, and he will continue to mature.
I’ve trained a lot out of this family, and this colt is the best type by a long way. He’s a real bull.

Lot 916 - King’s Legacy x Marechal filly purchased from Newgate Farm at the Magic Millions. She’s from the first crop of Redoute’s Choice’s only dual G1-winning 2YO.
Marechal is developing into a top-line producer with Listed-winning, Group 3-placed Cyber Attack and Group horse On The Lead. She has had four foals to race, all winners! I fully expect this filly to add to the tally.
