As tired as I am writing this post (and a follow up to my last post) I can promise every
Customer that I might/ probably will run late but my service will always, AlWAYS be
The best I can achieve and I will never cut
Corners.

I finished today feeling flat and like I let my
Customers down as I overbooked and was running hours behind.

One of my regulars that I simply could not fit in before Xmas had to take her (amazing, well behaved girl) to another groomer and was charged a lot more than I charge did this. I feel so disgusted and deflated for the grooming industry that this sort of disgraceful service is out there!!!
