Dogs at Home Pet sitting and Day Care I have 30 years experience of working with and keeping dogs, cats and horses. I am the proud owner of 3 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats and 3 of these being rescues.

I have owned and worked with animals since childhood and my early jobs included managing a cattery and kennels and stud/yard manager and rider for a number of well known showjumping and breeding equestrian establishments. I am a licensed wildlife carer and currently work with Koala Rescue where we rescue and rehabilitate Koala's who may have been injured or just need a little help getting back on their feet.

Pet Visits involve me coming to your home and checking your cat/dog/horse. I am happy to clean litter trays, feed, water and clean up any mess. I also provide cuddles and some mental stimulation. Visits are for 30 minutes .
I also do a longer booking up to 5 hours for people who may be worried about dogs being left all day.

I have worked with and owned animals for over 40 years now. I have 7 pets of my own including 3 horses.

I am based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in Mount Barker centre and cover the surrouding area's.

I specialise in dachshunds and currently have 3 of my own. One is deaf and partly blind and the love of my life.
At home I have my 3 dachshunds and two beautiful cats who live inside and who insist on sleeping on beds and sofa's.
I look after other peoples animals as if they are my own. I provide home from home comfort. I also have ramps and facilities for dogs who may have smaller legs, spinal issues or need a little help on to the sofa and bed.
I have experience with disabled pets and older pets and am able to dispense medication and monitor pets who may need that little extra bit of TLC.
I am at home 24/7 so am able to give 100 percent attention to your pet.

I offer dog walking, pet visiting for cats, dogs and horses and birds and reptiles.

I offer home visits where I visit your pets in their home. I cater for dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, reptiles and horses/donkeys/alpaca's and chooks.

Horses:
I have worked with and had horses since I was 4 and show-jumped Internationally for many years in the UK.
I offer the following equine services:
Feeding, Rugging, bringing in for farrier, holding for vet, dispensing medication and daily checks.. Please PM me for any equine needs and we can discuss this in more detail.

I always offer a meet and greet before committing to bookings so that we can get to know your pet and you can ensure you are happy with me.

I always recommend booking me through my mad paws account - this ensures that you are fully insured for the duration of your pet care for your peace of mind.
