**Hi Everyone,**

I’m opening up a slot this Sunday for small dogs (up to 12kg) as I’ll be working solo and unable to lift larger dogs. I have availability for both full grooms and tidy-ups. There are only **2 slots left**, and please note that as it’s a Sunday, there will be a $20 surcharge added on top of the groom price.

Unfortunately, we are fully booked for the remainder of the year, so this is the last opportunity to book before then.

We are currently at full capacity for December bookings. Please be aware that late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.

For bookings, the best way to reach us is by texting 0433 527 985, as we may not always see notifications via Facebook right away.

Good morning, everyone.

As the end of the year approaches, I want to remind you that this is a particularly busy time. To ensure your pets don't miss their appointments, please schedule them for every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. You can book these appointments at the time of your next visit or by texting me directly.

Scheduled appointments will be prioritized during this busy season. If you're a scheduled client, feel free to text me to book your appointments for the rest of the year. New clients are also encouraged to reach out via text, as I might be able to accommodate some available slots.

Before and after of this little lady’s first full clip! She’s had a few baths and trims to get used to grooming, and look at her now! The third picture is the reference her mum wanted, and with no matting, we were able to clip her longer.

Good morning Everyone, just a reminder due to some confusion about pricing of the grooms. We increased the prices as of last year due to the cost of living and our product prices, tool maintenance prices also have gone up therefore the increase was necessary. With our online service those prices displayed are starting from prices and this is displayed like that because your dog may have matting, which take longer to remove or detangle, therefore the work will take longer. Like humans dogs have bad days and may be anxious to groom so we do stop and have to slow it down for them so they are comfortable and not stressed. Toilet breaks, treats and some love is what they may need to keep going, this takes time and can overlaps on another customers booking so letting us know prior whether you suspect matting or your dog is anxious can help us be prepared when they arrive. We price your dog based on the above and those are starting prices and not fixed.

Another adorable duo getting winter clip, both where so sweet and my goodness I love my job 🥰 Max is the gorgeous spoodle getting his first full clip, he did such a splendid job letting us groom him! His adorable sister Dixie had a winter clip also and loved her pampered time with us. 🥰♥️🐶

Just a reminder to brush brush brush in winter especially with the weather being wet, we want to avoid shaving. Have a lovely day everyone 😊

What a beautiful girl ! This is her second visit and her first full groom. We took some coat length and she looks like a teddy bear 🧸 I forgot to take a before picture but she had that puppy groodle hair that went everywhere. She was a delightful young lady 😍

She is still a long length for winter and had no matting so well done mum for the brushing routine, great to start them early.

Morning everyone, so unfortunately we have had our first ever bad review on Google and we are struggling to locate this client. As a small business, reviews like that can be damaging as we strive to give the best customer service to our clients. Unfortunately as a dog groomer and a mother with a busy schedule and clientele with over 300 customers and dogs that we groom. We can miss those messages or calls especially if clients are not on a schedule booking or have not made a new booking with us. The reason bookings are made in advance is that I can’t guarantee a appointment if we are booked out and most clients that prebook are the scheduled customers. Not being on an advance booking can lead to missed appointments and the quality of your dogs coat can be affected as it is not maintained. Working with live animals with dryers and lots of noise can affect us answering your call at that moment so a text message to 0433 527 985 and please give us a day or 2 to get back to you as we have lots of enquires on a daily bases. Good morning Clients,

We are just making everyone aware that online booking is disabled and all booking enquires will need to be made via text, Facebook message or after your appointment . I’m sorry if this is an inconvenience for those who are regularly booking online but we need to ensure that we place pets and customers on right days with the right amount of time to do the grooms. If your pet does not have a future booking with us please reach out so I can book them a slot, if you do not require our grooming service or are inactive on our system, your pets profile will be removed so we can cater for those on our it waitlist.

We only provide scheduled grooms at this point to ensure that your pets coat quality is managed on a regular basis, so we offer below:

2-4 week visits= Clients who struggle with brushing routines at home and find pets matting quickly.

6-8 week visits= Clients who manage a great brushing routine at home.

8-12 week visits= For double coated dogs or short coat dogs.

Puppies that have had 3 vaccines need to start being introduced to grooming as early as possible to desensitise them to the grooming process.

Hi Clients,

Unfortunately I have had a shoulder injury and have had the doctor tell me that I need to either take some time off or take it easy as it can get worse. I have Camilla that helps but she is still perfecting her clipping and sc******ng and needs a little more time with her grooms, so grooms may take a little longer. I have had to reschedule clients today but I will sit this weekend and may have to contact to move appointments next week. I do apologise and I absolutely love my job so this is hard for me to do😞

‼️Attention all existing clients ‼️

Unfortunately with much thought and consideration we have decided that we will no longer be opening on Saturdays. Our business hours have changed to Monday-Friday 9am-4pm only. This decision was extremely tough because I tried to cater for clients that work during the week but could only attend on weekends and it has been a very difficult one for myself as it took family time from my children and I found myself burning out as I still would work on some Mondays to cater for clients. I do understand if my weekend clients are able to attend during the week I can schedule book for a later time in the afternoon and if you can’t attend please advice me so I can close your files. Thank you for understanding and apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
