We are saddened to hear of David's passing.
As a loyal client to our clinic we extend out deepest sympathy to David's family, friends and all those who came to know David.

This is Peanut. 🥜
She had an encounter with a wiggle stick. 🐍
Peanut was so lucky her owner could bring her into the clinic so quickly.

She was given antivenom by our Vet, and was then closely monitered after by Nurse Alyssa.

Sometimes after antivemon is administered, our pets can feel quite tired. Here is a photo of Peanut having a little micronap. As fighting the snake's toxic vemon can be exhausting work! 😴

We are glad to hear, Peanut is now back to her normal self! 🌟

Sometimes fireworks and loud noises can be frighting for our animals.

In preperation, make a safe space your animal can stay for the night. 🌟

Make sure you have an indenfying collar/harness and/or tag on them if they do happen to make a dash around the neighbourhood.

Be cautious of those, danger noodles, nope ropes or wiggly sticks as some may say!

Snakes are out and about in full force. 🐍

Even as simple as your pet being quiter or off character, can be the earliest sign of an envomenation.

We can offer blood tests these can detect clotting abnormalities, which can be an indication for a snake bite envemonation.
