The Medkey utilizes bioadaptive feedback to stimulate the animal’s natural pain-relieving mechanisms. It works by applying high-density, biofeedback-controlled pulse stimulation to cutaneous nerves, which activate reflective zones and acupuncture points on the skin's surface. This process triggers the body's self-regulation mechanisms, promoting rapid pain relief and functional improvement.

Who is Urban Trails and Urban Equine?
Coming from a corporate background, working 50+ hours a week, I decided it was time that I had to make a change and do something that brought me more happiness and a better work/life balance. It was during this time that I dedicated myself to an intense Equine Massage course. Obtained my qualifications and went abroad.
The first venture was to head over to the UK with my husband, Tony.
Tony is an established farrier with a dual qualification.
Whilst in the UK I discovered Mountain Trail from the US and had a vision that would become Urban Trails, here in Nar Nar Goon.
My passion is to help people build partnerships with their horses. I have my own techniques but I'm also happy to adapt to new training methods along the way.
We returned back to Australia and started Urban Trails with only a dozen mediocre obstacles and have built it into over 60 obstacles which hundreds of people have enjoyed over the last 6 years.
As much as I love and thrive with Urban Trails, it's my therapist business, Urban Equine that is my heart and soul.
Working on horses to ensure they compete at their best level is not only rewarding but immensely gratifying. I thrive on the challenge of gait analysis and finding where and what makes a horse sore.
I like to treat the cause not just the symptom.
With my dedication and eye for detail, over the last 10 years as a qualified therapist I have been able to assist many horses with their come back.
I have a number of modalities but I must say my shockwave machine would definitely be my favorite.
So that's me.. I'm Tracey Mallia and the proud, hard-working owner of both Urban Trails and Urban Equine.

Let’s talk about Tex
Tex came to me just before Xmas as his then owner was at a loss as to what to do with him after his last trainer gave up on him. He had a few issues that they couldn’t seem to nut out so I was contacted and I said yep happy to see if I can help. Tex a beautiful palomino QH gelding breed in the purple and super Cruzy on the ground I couldn’t imagine how he could do anything wrong. So we checked the normal things saddle (didn’t fit) in fact gave him a sore back there was one strike. Feet well lot to be said with under run heels making him uncomfortable (new shoeing) at least a bit happier to go forward but we still had a slight head tilt ! Teeth let’s check those (wolf teeth) strike 3 for poor Tex ! Mouth pain back pain and feet pain no wonder he didn’t want to carry anyone !! We also popped him on Tuff Rock GI as he used to pace the fence here and tear rugs so I’m not surprised that helped the stress in his gut !!
Tex has now been sold on to a special needs rider and is kicking goals in just under 2 weeks ! Nothing short of amazing what a great life Tex has now with 2 ladies to spoil him and he loves them ! Guys I can’t stress enough if your horse isn’t right look deeper for an answer it’s there you just have to look and listen!
