HERES SOME FAQS ABOUT BREEDING TO SPINBOONAFEX you may not know…

* Is he standing to the public?
Yes! Pep stands to the public Sept- Xmas annually via live cover only

* Do you accept maidens?
Yes! While maidens most of the time are unsure of the breeding procedure we like to take our time, ensure the mare is in standing heat and take endless effort in making sure everyone is safe and sound. Pep is a gentle stallion who takes his time and looks after his mares.

* Can you get her pregnancy tested?
Yes! While it costs a small fee to have your mare transported to and from the vet being 250km away, we can assure it’s one of the best reproductive vets in the state that take thorough attention to mares. Sometimes it’s easier for the mare owner to have the mare leave the property definitely in foal.
Don’t want to pay the fee or have access to your own vet? No worries. Your mare can be picked up prior to scanning date (T + Cs apply) and you can have her scanned at the vet of your choice.

* What’s your breeding fee?
Pep’s breeding fee is $1250 inc gst. (Not inc agist, vet or transport)
$300 non refundable booking and handling fee is required on dropping your mare off and signing of his breeding contract.
The rest is payable when the mare is scanned at 14 days in foal or when the mare leaves the property. Whichever occurs first.

* What if the mare slips her foal or it dies?
We offer a Live Foal Guarantee on Pep’s breeding meaning if your mare slips her foal or resulting foal dies within 24 hours of partuition you will recieve a $0 re breed fee. The $300 booking and handling and additional costs are not included

* Does he throw height and colour?
Pep measures at about 14.2hh unofficial. Mare size dependant he has thrown foals 14.1-15.2hh. It really depends on mare size coming into it.
Colour? Pep is known to throw his chestnut with blaze and large socks bling in the majority of his solid foals.
