Very excited to start the show year again with Ancats - Australian National Cat Alliance Inc ! First show is 1st Feb and our stud, Omen will be kicking off the year. Omen had a fantastic year in 2024 and we are hoping for an even better one with him entered into the adult entire group for the 2025! Bring on 2025!

We are super dooper excited! Omen has just had an echo performed with his cardiologist and he is CLEAR of HCM, his heart is healthy and purrrrrrfect!
For those of you who don’t know, Sphynx like any pure bred animal have disease/genetic issues, the most known disease with Sphynx is HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy).
As a breeder we need to make sure we are producing healthy babies and we are doing the right thing by the breed so we do testing/scans which take up most of our time and money!
HCM is a disease where the walls of the heart become abnormally thickened resulting in heart failure.
I am proud to say both Medusa, my maiden queen and Omen, my stud are both clear of HCM.
We look forward to producing healthy and happy little nakids 🥰🐾😆
