Most recently I had the chance to revisit a farmstay in kin kin.

5 days with Tillo a mostly deaf and blind dachshund who has had two spinal surgeries AND Ragnor, a young ridgeback cross.

3 sheep
4 pigs
4 ducks
And a coup full of chickens

I have been so swept away with all the happenings in life that I haven't been posting all the new friends I've been making.

I will put up quite a few over the coming days so you can meet all of the fluffy friends I have been making 😁

Extremely sad that J isn't here for dinner time with the rest of his family.

He was shot by a neighbour 😭

He decided to go for a wander, instead of going his usual route to the the neighbours that feed and love him he went to a new neighbour, his nose left him to the chicken pen and the chicken pellets were too delicious to resist, he was spotted by the owner who decided to shot him rather than take the few moments to realise he wasn't doing any harm and could have seen he was friendly.

J was a loving, cuddly, food machine, he was gentle and sweet.

Please if you have pigs, put a collar or something to identify they are family, let your neighbours know you have friendly pigs that may wander.
if you see a pig in your property, take just one or two minutes to check if it's friendly, best way is to clang a can or food bowl, shake a packet of cereal, if they come running for that sound.... They're pets.

I got to snuggle with this little lady last night.
She had a close call at the vets on the weekend with a liver infection.
She's on the mend now but daddy had to go to work so I get to have mini foxie Ruby all to myself 💜

These three have been my snuggly companions for the last week and a bit.

I love it when the doggies are allowed to sleep with you! It's rare so I'm absolutely soaking it up!
