Employee of the Month!! (AGAIN)

I know what you're thinking - "Wait, aren't you the boss? How does that even work?"
Well, my friends, it turns out that I've been doing such a great job of running this place that I've managed to impress even myself.

To be fair, I did have some stiff competition this month (aka the hunstmen in the corner and my dog Ragnar), but in the end, I came out on top once again.

I'd like to thank myself for all the hard work and dedication I've put into this business, and also my amazing team (aka me, myself, and I) for their unwavering support.

We will not be able to attend the Berry Farmers' Market this week. This is due to the ongoing water works being carried out by the council on our street, which has resulted in our inability to operate our sterilizers.
Unfortunately, the repairs will impact our production capacity over the next few weeks for fresh mushrooms and kits.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exciting news! Our small mushroom farm has just been featured in the South Coast Register, a local news business. We're thrilled to have their recognition and to be able to share our passion for mushrooms with the wider community. We're OVER 100% capacity now! We ran out of shelf space weeks ago and are now using the floor.
As our website continues to grow more and more, we will have to pull out of some markets to ensure we have enough stock, especially with Christmas fast approaching.

It's becoming a bit hard to manage so many cultures by myself. So we are going to reduce our number back down to our original 7.

Winter White, Pink Oyster, Shiitake, Chestnut, Lion's Mane, Black Pearl, and Blue Oyster.

I hope this doesn't disappoint anyone too much. It's my hope that by reducing the number of cultures I can focus on quality and quantity rather than variety.

We use only soapy water and isopropyl alcohol on our farm, and NEVER any other chemicals. So we use UV-C lamps to sterilize our reusable food containers and food prep area.
