They are usually unattended form about 11:30am to 1pm weekdays,while we are busy attending to our fury friends in surgery.

Our clinic will be closed for the Easter break this weekend
From Friday the 7th of April to
Monday the 10th of April and reopen for 9am
Tuesday the 11th.

*Friendly reminder to all pet owners, whilst we all celebrate and enjoy our lovely chocolatey treats this Easter, please be reminded they are toxic for our fury family, we hope you all do your best to keep them out of reach from our curious friends, So everyone can enjoy their Easter celebrations.

We have a long term casual vet nurse position available from end of October. Shifts includes full day Monday and Tuesday, half day Wednesday and Friday and every 2nd Saturday morning. Between 25-30 hours each week. Casual rate based on experience. Current Cert IV student also welcomed. We are located at Old Toongabbie in Western Sydney. Please send resume to [email protected]

Due to unforeseen circumstances the clinic will be without a vet from Monday to Saturday this week.
We ask that you please be patient and understanding when calling or attending the clinic.

The clinic will still be open but with vet nurse staff on duty. Suture removal, pentosan injections and nail trim appointments will still go ahead.

Therefore the clinic hours for the week are

Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm
Saturday CLOSED

We apologise for any inconvenience and staff will be in contact from 9am on Monday to move any appointments and surgery.

As we have receiveda a lot of feedback from our customers that they are not able to get through to us on the phone, I would like to take this chance to explain the situation.
Ever since Covid lockdowns, pet ownership has significantly increased across the nation (if not the globe) and our clinic has also experienced an unforeseen increase of new customers and new patients. We are also taking up some of the clients who normally attended the other local vet clinic which unfortunately has closed down recently. We are constantly fully booked for appointments and the staff are therefore constantly on the go in the clinic either assisting in the consultation or in surgery monitoring surgical patient on the table, let alone the amount of phone enquiries that have at least doubled in the last few months.
As a result, we may not be able to attend to the phone calls promptly at times. I do sincerely apologize to those clients who tried to ring but couldn't get through. And we promise we will try to do as much as we can. As we are a very small business with only one vet and one nurse on duty and financially we are not able to afford to employ a full time reception or phone operator, it has caused the issue that we have experienced at the moment.
We really appreciate your understanding and hopefully the situation will ease off a little bit very soon.
Lastly, I would like to personally thank our staff for their hard work for the clients and animals while handling all the complaints patiently.
A little kindness always goes a long way.
