I understand sometimes things happen and life gets in the way.
BUT
Please remember to check the times I have given you months in advance. If they don't suit your schedule let me know asap.
Last minute cancellations means I am out of pocket at least $80 per dog and cannot fill that spot.
From now on cancellations fee of $40 will apply to your next groom if you don't let me know at least 24 hours prior. Offcourse there is always a exception and I will be very fair with my decision.
So again please check All appointments I have given you.
I will be scheduling next year's appointments soon so please tell me now of any preferences.
