Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all 🎄
What a crazy year it has been for us 🤩🥰 Our show team has grown by one more frenchie (Nora) and Debbie finally got back into her long love of bull terriers not only adding Miss Freida, but 2 more miniature bull terriers Rosa & Loki to the family this year.

We have learnt so much and met so many more amazing dog show people. We have some great show friends near and far and love how those people all band together and help each other, make sure everyone’s dogs get show and lend us a hand too when we have a ring clash. You are all so appreciated!

This year saw some amazing achievements like our first Best in Show win with our home bred CH. MIDDLEL Red Hot Mama (Lola) at the NSW Dalmatian Open Show back in Easter, as well as achieving our first two DogsNSW Champion Titles with Miss Lola and our French bulldog CH. Prettyvales Jemima Puddle Duck. Lots of wins and group awards, but most of all a team of healthy and happy farm dogs who really are part of the Pearson family and all get along (thank god!)

What an adventure this dog showing is taking us on. Might be time for a bigger dog trailer….

Travelling with dogs in Australia - A Message from Dr Karen Hedberg BVSc

Beware... if you are going to travel with your dogs around Australia, you should be aware of a fairly recent problem that has arisen across the whole of northern Australia. This is a deadly and often fatal bacterial disease in dogs that is carried by infected brown ticks. The brown tick is very widely distributed throughout Australia.

Dogs that are bitten by infected ticks exhibit a range of symptoms, from fever to bleeding from the nose, that if left untreated can lead to death. It is recommended that you look at and read the information on the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry webpage titled ‘Ehrlichosis in Dogs' which gives a very good run down on the condition and its current spread throughout Australia.

We took a drive to Castle Hill yesterday with our young girls for a change of scenery. Everyone had a great day!

Was a busy day, so not a lot of time to take pics and Tamara was at one end of the grounds showing in the non-sporting ring Deb was at the other in the Terrier ring here are a few happy candid snaps.

Miss Nora here just loves her Plexident sticks - as she is still a puppy, I break them up into a smaller piece and it makes for a great treat that keeps her busy playing and chewing for a while, and keeps her teeth clean! 🌟🌟

We left the show at the right time today!! It was a freezing day at Bathurst Royal but the weather held out all day, then we hit it…was just 20 odd mins into our journey home. Snow ❄️❄️❄️
