Important notice to our wonderful Day Stay, Boarding and Storage Customers

4 Paws Boarding Kennels will be completely closed from Tuesday the 13th of February to Wednesday the 28th of February 2024 inclusive for a well-deserved break. 😊

There will be NO access to the property at all during this time.

We will not be accessing our phone, message bank or email during the above dates.

If you think that you will need to access your storage during this time, you will need to do so before the 13th of February.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We were not running our Doggy Day Stays today due to the driveway being repaired. Unfortunately the road crew have had to postpone this work until next week, therefore if you were hoping to come in today, you are more than welcome to. It is going to be such a beautiful day for your dogs to come and play 🙂🌞

Just a note to let you all know, that our driveway is finally being repaired on Wednesday the 6th and Wednesday the 13th of September. Therefore there will be no car access to the property on these day. Therefore unfortunately NO Day Stays either. Jenny :-)

Please be careful using any back yard business. Especially when it comes to animals. You need to keep in mind that they are not registered (having a fb page does not mean they are a registered business) do not have permits, do not have to follow any code of practices, may not have any qualifications and you won't have a leg to stand on if something goes wrong. The horror stories that are coming from these types of businesses has escalated since Covid. Very distressing :-(

Good morning 🙂 I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be without power today from 8 am to 4 pm, while the electrical company are working on our road. This means that our phone/answering machine will not be working. We will also not be able to answer messages or emails. As we receive approx 100 emails, and 80 phone calls per day, the work load for Wednesday is going to be HUGE. Please be patient. DO NOT phone and email numerous times, as this simply increases our work load. We will get back to everyone as soon as we can. Hope you all enjoy the beautiful sunshine today. Jenny 🙂

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we have not had phones for the past 24 hours, due to not having any internet. We are now back up and running. Yayy. Please be patient as the phone is now ringing off the hook. We will try to speak to everyone over the next couple of days. We unfortunately are still having problems with our emails. Receiving them without any problems, although cannot send any out. I understand that this is frustrating, but again we will get it fixed as soon as possible, and get back to everyone early next week. At between 100 and 120 emails every day, this is going to take a while. Have a wonderful weekend. Jenny :-)

4 Paws Kennels has a junior casual farm hand / kennel attendant position available.

Duties will vary daily and include mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, fence painting, horse manure pick up, stacking firewood, checking dog and livestock water, playing with dogs etc.

Junior Kennel Attendant hourly rate applies.

Good morning :-)

Our new office hours are:

Sunday and Monday by appointment ONLY.
(Please do not just arrive, if you are not booked in on these 2 days. The front gate will be padlocked between appointments)

Tuesday 7.30 to 4.30
Wednesday Closed (Except for Doggy Day Stays )
Thurs 7.30 to 4.30
Friday 7.30 to 4.30
Saturday 7.30 to 12 noon

Inspections are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 12 noon.

Our office will be closed on Public Holidays. Therefore you are not able to pick up or drop off your dogs on these days. Doggy Day Stays will not be available.

On any day that the forecast temp is going to be 34 degrees or above, our office will close at 10 am sharp.
