Please could my customers be on time for drop off and pick up. Rushed grooms are not ideal for us or your dog and we operate on a one household dog in the trailer at a time.
Failure to do so may result in cancelled grooms and non rebooking. Thanks ☺️🐾

If you have a new puppy, please get them used to grooming as soon as possible (after their first two injections) as it’s quite a lot for them to have to go through a shave down rather than a puppy clip to get rid of all their knots and mats as part of their first grooming experience. By no means am I criticising owners especially when breeders often say don’t get them groomed til they are 6/7 months old. Happy to help with all grooming questions and offer advice. ☺️🐾

Lots of my customers ask what to brush their dogs with … so I have attached examples of what I use: large metal comb from somewhere like Petbarn and a FLEXIBLE slicker brush from Amazon. You can’t buy flexible ones in the shops.
Brush all the way from the skin to the end of the fur with the brush and then run through with the comb to prevent knots and mats appearing at the base of the coat. Areas to concentrate on: behind ears, under arms, front of legs and ankles and belly.
