We just harvested a batch of these gorgeous snow white oyster mushrooms. They're one of my personal favorites - they have a delicate, almost sweet flavor and a tender texture. They're a real treat in the kitchen, whether you're sauteeing them up as a side dish or adding them to a soup or stir fry.
