This is an add I worked on many years ago for the TransPerth Easter schedule .
It was filmed early one morning in the park opposite the Fremantle train station.
I had rabbits jumping all over the place and to keep them from straying too far I had my Kelpie running the perimeter to keep them in check
People walking to work all looked a bit surprised seeing all this happening
The chap in the picture was a real bus driver or conductor and I heard him say “why do I have to do s**t jobs like this?”
The big boss of TransPerth was standing nearby and he replied “because you get to keep your job ,that’s why!”😂

GAMBIT
The lead sheep in the movie RUNT that is coming out in cinemas on September the 19th
Like the little dog Squid in the movie her story is one of rags to riches too!
Four years ago a farmer dropped her off to me after her mother drowned in a dam and he said he didn’t think she would make it as she was near death from starvation
But $200 dollars of milk powder later here she is!
Like people all my sheep have different personalities and GAMBIT is very loyal ,intelligent and focused.

The kids have done an amazing job in their Trashy Fashion class making awesome outfits out of rubbish! My daughter Bonnie and I have lived together for many years and I often think we just fumble along and I often evaluate myself as a parent but I have come to realise that it’s not about climbing Mt Everest ,the greatest accomplishment on your deathbed is seeing your children become normal functioning adults and with the help of the wonderful supportive teachers at York District Senior High School my two girls are flourishing with Bonnie being Head Girl and also receiving the football trophy signed by the Eagles for best player of the year!In the many ups and downs of life it’s great having a few wins !

I’m learning not to bite the hand that feeds me! Old Blizzard the Rooster in these photos almost made it to his eleventh Royal show but he died this week and I couldn’t save him couldn’t have asked for a kinder bird he was picked up crossing the road as a chick years ago down south.
