Keep your pets safe from Snakes this summer

Snakes are usually shy and avoid humans, but pets can get into trouble if they try to play with or chase them. Here are some tips to keep your pet safe:

On hot days snakes may seek water or shade around our houses.

Check your garden for snakes before leaving your dog unattended outside.

Keep your dog on a short leash when walking in bushland or near water.

If you suspect your pet has been bitten by a snake, keep them calm and seek immediate veterinary attention.

Remember to bring cash for the raffle tomorrow, there are hampers for small, medium and large dogs and other assorted prizes up for grabs.

We tried to take a photo of the hampers but Badger wanted to be centre of attention.

The face you make when your Mum is making up dog lolly bags and she says you have to wait until the Northern Suburbs Dog Club Christmas Pawty on Sunday the 1st.

Who thinks Molly should sample the treats to make sure they are good enough for the rest of the dogs on Sunday?
