If you want to claim a title this year either at club level or ANKC level, you need to fill in a separate form, in full, for each title. You will NOT need to send in qualification cards for ANKC titles but we will need them for club titles. This is for any title gained in the year 2025 only. The forms are on the website, please start sending them in after Jan 1 2026
