This Tiger Snake took refuge behind a gas bottle and the home owner responded perfectly by getting the dog out of the yard, keeping the kids indoors, minimising movement around the snake and watching the snake like a hawk until we arrived. Great work Teganš

Dugites account for at least 95% of the snake removals we do. They are dangerously venomous, meaning a bite where envenomation has occurred (wet bite) is potentially fatal without medical assistance. Even if envenomation hasnāt occurred (dry bite) it is still a minimum 12 hour hold in hospital.
