Little milk guzzlers ππ Youβll definitely want the sound on for this vid! π€£
There were lots of things happening here over the weekend! The puppiesβ eyes have started opening, theyβre starting to move quicker and theyβve found their feet, and if you have the sound on youβll hear theyβve found their voices too ππ€£

2 weeks with βEβ litter. Wren x Bandit. ππ₯° These guys are getting steadier on their feet everyday. We have eyes opening and they are starting to interact with each other in between naps and feeds.
Some moments with the girls over the last couple of days. Their eyes are open now and theyβre starting to look more like dogs and less like sausages. Yesterday they all had their nails trimmed, and lucky for me they slept through the whole thing. π
A quick little video of the girls this afternoon. π₯°
Bunnings trip with Cosmic Guardian today, he took all the sights and sounds in his stride! ππ»ππ»ππ»
Saying our last goodbyes to home to Cosmic Force, Cosmic Fury and Cosmic Energy this morning. π§‘π€π They were absolute superstars on the way up to the airport today, there was not a peep from them at all! They are currently in the air and on their way to their new families! I have so many photos Iβve taken of the pups in the last week that I just havenβt had the time to share, so now things will be a little quieter around here Iβll have time to share them!

Today we started one on one sessions with the puppies using a clicker and teaching them to take treats from our hand. This little video is of COSMIC FURY at 5 weeks and 2 days in his very first session. β€οΈπ₯
Crate Training has begun!! The puppies are enjoying their chicken wings in their crates. We start crate training by leaving the doors open. High value food is given in their crates so the puppies develop positive associations with being in their crates. It wonβt be long and the puppies will go running into their crates in anticipation of their treats. π₯©π
β¨REWARD MARKERSβ¨ - Reward markers are so important in dog training, whether itβs a clicker, a βYESβ, or any other word or sound you choose to use. Through classical conditioning this marker announces to the dog that a reward is to follow.
We have taken the opportunity to use the puppiesβ meal times as a way to βloadβ the clicker by clicking every time food is presented. These guys have only just turned 5 weeks old, but you can see them stop what theyβre doing and come running when they hear the sound of the clicker. By the time they leave for their homes, their owners will have a preloaded reward marker to start training their puppies with. They can continue using the clicker with their puppies or they can layer their own reward marker over the top to replace it.
Yesterday we had Veles from our B litter come and spend some time hanging out with Wren and the puppies. Stable and well socialised dogs are excellent role models for puppies, and these interactions help imprint positive dog experiences for the puppies at a young age. Veles is a real credit Anastasia his owner, she has done an amazing job in raising him to be a social well adjusted boy.

Up close and personal with Mr Light Grey π€. I love this little guy, heβs so playful and curious. You can even see him try and eat my phone a few times in the video π€£
Itβs fairly safe to say I havenβt gotten much housework done this afternoon!! πππ
