It’s never easy to have to say goodbye to our beloved furry family members. Over the weekend, this wonderful little dog - Jordy - sadly passed away. Jordy was not only a regular client or just one of my first clients, he was my neighbour. I’ve known him since he was a puppy, looked after him when his owners were away and he’s been great friends with my previous dog and well as my current dog Harry (so much so that Harry would jump into the bath to be with Jordy 😂). My cats also loved to torment him by sitting by a window, or on a fence where he could see them. We all loved Jordy and the joy he would bring when you were around him. I’ll miss walking him over to have his monthly groom and all his funny little personalities quirks. I know most of my clients will know the pain of losing a beloved dog; a family member…Please keep Jordys owners in your hearts during this painful time ❤️ Rest easy Jordy ❤️🌈

After this fills up, I’ll have to close my books for the year and only take bookings for the new year. Please note that masks and checking in the QR code is still required for picking up or dropping off your dog. Thank you for your understanding in this difficult time we are all going through 💙

Hello everyone,
I will be able to open back up from tomorrow onwards! I am allowed to provide service to dogs who are in need of a groom, but to keep everyone safe and to avoid unnecessary travel, this means I cannot take bookings for just bathing appointments unless it is for an essential reason (very overgrown nails, double coated dogs whose coats are impacted and need deshedding, build up of eye gunk or dried poo, etc).
However, there are a few new rules that we all must follow:
- You must wear a face mask
- You must check in using the QR code at the gate (let me know if you do not have a phone with that capability and I will help you out)
- Your dog must be on a lead or in a carrier so that I do not have to take the dog from your arms
- You have to be within the 5km range to travel to me (unless for absolute essential grooming needs)
- For payment, transfer is preferred, then card and lastly cash
- If you see someone at the gate dropping off or collecting their dog, please wait at the end of the drive way until they have left before coming up to the gate

I am spreading appointment times out to allow enough time between dogs so that owners can drop off and collect their dog without crossing paths with another owner. This means it is very important to be on time to your appointment and to collect your dog within a reasonable time after being notified your dog is ready to be picked up. I understand things can come up, so if you think you’ll be a little longer, please let me know!

Hello everyone,
Some more upsetting news today unfortunately: with the lockdown being extended and the local area being a hot spot, I am going to have to remain closed for another week. I’m so grateful for everyone who messaged me kind words and those who rescheduled with me last time and am so sorry to have to move you again! I thank everyone for being so understanding and hopefully we can all get through this together!

As mentioned previously, if you believe your dog is suffering and needs to be groomed as an animal welfare issue, please let me know!

Hello everyone, hope you are all staying safe! After speaking to service NSW, they have advised that traveling to get your dog groomed is nonessential as it can wait 2 weeks. This unfortunately means I will have to close my doors for this lockdown. If your dog is severely matted and uncomfortable from the matting, please call me, as this would be an animal welfare issue and would become essential. I apologise for the inconvenience and I will be working extended hours after this lockdown to accommodate your dogs needs! I will be messaging everyone who has an appointment individually in regards to this issue. Thank you for your understanding in this tough time 🐾❤️
