Rosewood Hills Brumby Rescue We have a good relationship with NSW forestry/Parks whose staff are working hard to get the best results for horses in a non ideal situation.

We need to work WITH them. We have loading facilities for crates and trucks.

We have another mob of brumbies looking for their new homes, details are in the pic, PLEASE NOTE: all brumbies are unhandled, ages are approximate, located ROSEWOOD NSW 2652, pick up by truck or cattle trailer, can transport within 300km for a fee, please do not comment if you are not genuinely interested, having heaps of comments makes it hard to monitor and I may miss comments from people wishing to rehome these. ***correction*****Glenugie Forest****Mare and c**t foal available- foal has not been weaned, run out of time and grass. Doddy is currently out of mobile range, please text message 0428513114 (I work full time so won’t get to calls). Foal has umbilical hernia. Unhandled but being hand fed so fairly quiet. Pick up Tumbarumba in crate or truck. $1000 for pair. Pics from summer, both now in winter Woolies.

To date we have declined to become involved in the ‘trial by social media’ and ‘shock jock’ radio personalities in relation to Adrian Talbot however I have been so disgusted by the outright lies being sprouted by someone I had previously had a level of respect for and so feel the need to clarify some of the allegations made by Ray Hadley in relation to Rosewood Hills Brumby Rescue. Doddy attempted to make contact with Ray last Friday, defending the integrity of the NPWS worker that Ray had identified on his show by his position with Parks. Ray responded quite spitefully and declined to talk to Doddy- apparently as he was only concerned with opinions of those that support his sensationalist ‘news’ broadcast. We then received another email about 5.30am Monday demanding a response by 9am which we did not see until just after 9am but replied as soon as it was seen. Ray then went on his show stating Doddy had declined to answer his call which is NOT TRUE as stay DID NOT call and had already stated he wouldn’t be. He failed to mention the reply email we sent clarifying our relationship with Adrian and providing a screen shot of the ‘offending post’ that ‘trial by Facebook’ police have ‘dobbed’ us in for. The post is correct - Adrian has helped us with cost price transport from the parks depo to our rescue of brumbies that we then rehomed to private homes. That fact stands no matter what the outcome in relation to the current investigations!
Ray has then replied with an extremely unprofessional response ‘lay down with dogs, get up with fleas’. WOW, just WOW.
I (reluctantly and on the edge of vomiting at the self praising theme song) listened to todays show, where Ray AGAIN stated that Doddy has not responded to his emails but in the same breath said that he replied singing Adrian’s praises- again NOT TRUE- you read the emails and make up your own mind but that is the last correspondence we will be having with Ray as he obviously has no intention of transparently providing information to the public and only provides ‘facts’ and ‘evidence’ that support his show ratings. Funny how this all came on the same day he gave a big spray to people who believe social media posts without fact checking!

We have this little guy (c**t foal) being weaned in the next month. He is a Guy Fawkes brum. Unhandled (mum also unhandled but quiet). He has an umbilical hernia which may need repair in the future. Call Doddy if interested. $150 for foal - we are keeping mum at this stage.
