Let's talk Squamous Cell Carcinomas in Cats🐈

Squamous Cell Carcinomas are a type of cancer that mostly affects white or light coloured cats that like to bask in the sun. ☀️

Spaz is a farm cat who loves spending a lot of her time out in the sun. Her owner noticed a lot of scabbing/bleeding on both ears and brought her in to us. Spaz required a bilateral ear resection which involved removing the tip of the ear that was most affected. She was home that afternoon feeling a lot more comfortable!

Do you remember Erik? 🤔

Erik unfortunately had a run in with a car and fractured his hind leg. 😓 The fracture was so severe it required amputation. Being the strong little kitten he is, Erik has adjusted beautifully to being one leg down and is back to his usual cheeky self! 👏

Simparica vs. Simparica Trio- What's the Difference? 🤔

Simparica is used for fleas, ticks, mange and mites. This product would be recommended to use for dogs already covered for heartworm via yearly Heartworm injections. 💉

Simparica Trio is used for fleas, ticks, heartworm and majority of the intestinal worms 🪱
*We recommend adding in an additional wormer every 3 months to cover for hydatid tapeworm*
